What a pain to go through the steps to find information about a phone number.

I have good connection and am not force quitting app. Yet I am reminded every two days to manually update my spam list. Do not like.

Worst app I have ever used. Has not caught one spam all. Apple please remove this app from the app store.

No longer working with my new iPhone I paid 299 a month for this and I can’t even get a name or anything and it keeps saying not authenticated what is going on

This does not work. Does not block calls or warn of call origin. Even the upgraded version isn’t any better than basic version.
  • Works ok but missing an important feature

This seems to block most spam calls however if you want to block a spam number you either have to enter the number yourself or choose it from your contacts list. You should be able to add numbers from your RECENT calls list because A) I don’t save spam numbers to my contacts list and B) I have to flip back and forth to try to enter the whole number manually because I can’t remember it. It seems insignificant, but when you get a LOT of robo and spam calls, it’s a pain trying to manually add them all to the block list in this app.
  • Used to be great. Now it’s next to useless

I used to use hiya for a lot of things. I don’t know what’s gone wrong. Now you get a spam call and all I want to know is who the number calling me is registered to and they come up with one name. No company name. No persons name. Nothing. It’s blocking features are still ok but if you want to know who’s calling you? Forget it.
  • Update failure warning incorrect

This is, inconsistently, a helpful app. However I’m tired of having it me tell me not to force-close the app when I have not force-closed the app. Please change the notification text to something more helpful.

Sure, my phone isn't ringing but I still get ten spam voicemails per day. And legitimate calls ar going straight to voicemail. Also, I got sick of the notifications telling me not to force-close the app... And then I look and see that the app is still running
  • Perfect in every way

I wish they made a Hiya for every issue in my life that I would like to reject like I can with unwanted phone calls. I have used Hiya previously, then let my subscription expire. It didn’t take me long to recognize the difference and quickly renew it again. I will never go without again. If you are sitting on the fence, wondering IF you need this service, let me help you over. YES, you do. You don’t know how much you’ll love it until you are in control of the calls you take again.
