  • Not enough info

    By heltett
Sorry, but I am paying for something I can find out for free. I feel it’s a waste on my money. How do I cancel from this service, I find useless.
  • And...

Just gave me a name without the last name. Can’t tell who it is without first and last name.

Works ok. However since the last update I’ve lost half of my contact list, some names is the half I retained are missing, my list of text messages just shows the phone number rather than the name of the person who sent the text, some names do show up on the list with the word “maybe” in front of it. And I have to say it rarely alerts me to a spam call. I may just delete it.

The free version worked only half the time. This App's Privacy Policy is garbage too. Read it if you're on-the-fence deciding if hIya is worthwhile for Install. I Added it long ago, and removed a month or so past. Nomorobo works well as an alternative Not worth it *Read Privacy Policy
  • It was working

    By MsNicole_Renee
Not sure what happened... but I keep getting calls and Hiya doesn’t list if it’s possible spam or not. There’s no Hiya comment on any of the calls, even caller ID. Hopefully this gets worked out soon or I’m cancelling my premium subscription 😕
  • Fraud/Spam calls have decreases SIGNIFICANTLY

    By Kaseychongyo
I was being blown up by annoying fraud, spam, and spoofing calls. I put my number on the Do Not Call national listing, but the calls were still coming and nearly every 10-20 minutes! It was becoming overwhelming and extremely frustrating! A friend recommended this app and I decided to give it a go—and I’m so happy I did! This app helped decrease the number of fraud/scam/spam/spoofing callings significantly! It’s also a great tool to search phone numbers with and report unknown callers as fraud/spam. Overall, I would highly recommend this app to anyone who is getting those annoying and unwanted phone calls. I already installed the app on my parents phones and some other family members and have also shared a post on Facebook about the app. It seriously helped and I’m so thankful to the developers! Thank you for providing an app that works and for FREE too!

    Love this app!
  • Good but....

    By Fla.sassy
I upgraded to the paid version but i’m not sure I should have. It allows unknown calls to ring thru, and the only way you can try to find out who it was is to go to the call and copy and paste the number into the search section and most of the time it can’t identify who called. I’ve only had it for a couple of months, I’m hoping it will improve.
  • A Must Have

I kept on getting multiple spam calls a day. Glad I downloaded this app!
  • Won’t let you block entire area code even with premium

    By Fred_vtt
I have to type 999 numbers to block entire area code. This is silly
