Put your diet on autopilot with Eat This Much. Tell us your diet goals, the foods you like, your budget, and what your schedule looks like, and we'll automatically generate a complete meal plan to meet your targets. It's like having a personal diet assistant. We offer both free accounts and premium accounts. As a free user, you can create a day's meal plan and completely customize it however you want. Each meal can have different preferences, and your nutrition targets can be whatever you like. As a premium user, we'll automatically generate a week of meal plans and send them to you with a grocery list via email. As you follow the plans, you can track what you did or didn't eat, and if you deviate from the plans, we make it easy to readjust your targets for the next week to stay on track. Try out the free account to see if our meal plans appeal to you, and upgrade when you're ready. - Follow any eating style or create your own - Hit your macros and calorie targets every day - Empower yourself with automatic control over your diet - Take the anxiety out of picking what to eat - Personalize any of our recipes and they'll replace the original - Reduce food waste - Don't like our suggestions? Easily swap them out or configure the generator to only use foods you like - Manage your virtual pantry (with a premium account) Normal calorie trackers force you to add foods into your diary one by one. And by the end of the day, there's no guarantee that you'll be anywhere near the nutrition targets you're trying to reach. With our automatic planner, there's nothing to track because everything is already entered for you, and all you have to do is follow the plan. • Can’t live without it!

This app appears as #1 every time I go to my suggested apps on my iPhone. As someone who Meal peeps and trains everyday for either a competition or just personal weight loss / gains, this app is essential. From the flexibility to enter my own foods to meet my macros while competing to allowing the app to suggest delicious recipes during my off season, this app is hands down the best out there. Please please never take this app away, I can’t live without it.
  • Great app!

This app blows MyFitness Pal away! Dope creation.
  • Amazing application

I love this app! I’m in college and trying to build muscle. I also suffer from eczema which gives me a bunch of dietary restrictions. Meal planning takes forever. This app is completely worth the money because not only will it help you reach your fitness goals and make meal planning easier and cheaper but it will save you TIME. My most valuable resource is time. Because I have to consume 2500 calories a day it takes a lot to make a meal plan, with this app, I just enter my calories, my macros breakdown and my dietary restrictions and can even go as far to how much I want to spend for the day and how long the meals should take to cook and it will generate a plan for me. It doesn’t actually get to 2500 calories, usually gets me to 2300/2400, which allows me leeway to consume a protein shake. I paid for the subscription thinking it was kind of pricey just to plan for the whole week when I could use the same plan or just to generate a grocery list. However, this app is totally worth it! These are my suggestions: I would love to restrict in general categories. I follow a paleo diet but can’t have deli meats. It would also be nice to control your cholesterol and sugar intake. I am not sure if adding foods will generate them into the plan, but if they did it would be awesome. I would also love to be able to add the foods I already have in the pantry and building meals around wanting to use a specific food or ingredient.
  • Need constant internet connection

The app is great, but doesn’t work unless you have a constant connection to the internet. The app won’t load if you don’t have a fast enough connection and once loaded, you can’t use it without internet. SUPER annoying when I can’t look at my grocery list at certain stores where I get bad service or if I go to far away from my router at home. This also makes the app very slow, as it constantly checks for a connection after almost every action you do.
  • Great idea, but needs work

The bad... The database is full of duplicates and recipes that make no sense. Boil green beans until they’re crispy? Fry potatoes in half a teaspoon of oil? Is no one looking at these recipes before they’re added? Duplicates cause your grocery list to sometimes be stupid. Two different kinds of salt. Yams and sweet potatoes. Canned peaches and whole fresh peaches. One time we had green beans show up four times on our list. It pairs foods together that are sometimes bizarre and doesn’t seem to get better when I dislike a combo. This is machine learning at its dumbest. I’ve had a persistent notification icon that won’t go away no matter where I navigate in the app. I’ve even reinstalled and the mystery notification just won’t go away. It feels like they’ve tried to institute a fancy algorithm (more machine learning) to populate your plan based on different options. It would almost be better just to have someone go through recipes manually and categorize them. Curate them like Yumly. I want only the healthiest, or the tastiest, or the whatever, etc. Maybe curate recipes based on diets. Hire a chef rather than a data scientist. The concept of the pantry is clunky. I don’t want to keep track of food bought and whether it’s used or not. This app should make my life easier, not add work. I would ignore the pantry except that it populated the grocery list based on whether it’s in the pantry or not. What a pain. The good... It really does make meal planning as easy as refreshing. And the whole plan is based on your dietary preferences, macros, and calories automatically. Your grocery list is automatically made. It’s good at generating simple vs. complex meals.

  • Great idea

Hate meal planning. This app does it for you. Very flexible interchange items you dislike with a new alternative
  • Good concept. Still needs work and better food database.

In general, I like the weekly menu based on the diet of your choice and the grocery list. I have noticed that the number of foods and recipes is still fairly limited if you have allergies or do not like certain foods. I have had only “bell pepper” or “banana” be the lunch option with nothing else. Their database of foods is still a work in progress. Also, I have calories set to lowest 1200 per day and quite often it comes up with an 890 or so calorie day. That isn’t healthy unless your doctor is monitoring you while you do it. One thing I’d like to see, but is only a wish vs need, is a Whole30 diet option. I do spend a lot of time tweaking the menus to get them where I want them for the week. I’ll use it for the year but probably won’t renew.

I bought the pro but it only shows me my breakfast option and there’s no way to get help on the app
  • Good idea but needs work

I love the idea of this app because meal planning within specific calorie constraints is HARD. But there are a few things that are frustrating and make it unlikely I’ll use the app. Most importantly I don’t think this reflects the way people really eat. For example, one day suggested I eat three apples for breakfast and a bowl of refried beans for dinner. Another suggested a dinner made up of roasted chicken with yogurt and cantaloupe. Or there is kale every single night for dinner. No thank you. These are clearly meals planned by robots without tastebuds. :-)The food database is incredibly limited. The contact us and report a bug links are broken. And I can’t find a way to say thanks for the trial but I don’t want to subscribe. Perhaps if I spend more time customizing it will work better but right off the bat I thought, this does not reflect how I live or eat.
