I tried to send my daughter a birthday card using this app. Not only did the card not send, but they have been billing me $5/month for 4 months straight. Customer service never answers. Going to call credit card tomorrow and dispute all charges. Massive ripoff

I won’t be renewing my subscription. Now you have to type in the persons email address. No you can’t copy and paste on iPhone because the persons email address is a live link. Too bad.

Please if you want your company to thrive, please allow it to be used with other apps for example Instagram which all the young people are using nowadays. Please keep up with the times.

Oh, Hallmark! You tried. I like the idea of sending an e-card, but it is impossible through your app. Although I paid $18 for a year’s subscription, which is confirmed through the app, when I tried sending the ecard, it took me back to the subscription’s landing page. No Bueno. I sent the e-card by logging in through Hallmark’s website. No biggie, but why have an app?

You would think that from the makers of hallmark...they would invest in a good app for cards. I spent over an hour and a half creating an anniversary card for my husband. Only to have issues with the font changing on its own. Text size not working. Text placement being lost. If I hadn’t copied and pasted, I would have lost my entire message. And in the end it wanted me to subscribe to a years subscription or buy a month subscription for 4.99, which was fine because I would have my card for the same amount. But when I tried to buy it it wouldn’t even let me purchase the app from the App Store. Only options of sending was email or Facebook. And I am one of the only people that doesn’t use Facebook. I find email very impersonal. Overall it was a complete waste of time. Had to have my husband read his card from the app before deleting it. Get your game face on Hallmark it’s all about apps nowadays.

I spent half an hour writing an anniversary letter for my girlfriend to find out after the fact that in order to send the card you need to pay a subscription..

I've had this app for a long time since I work overseas. Always hoping it would get better it is still just semi okay. Biggest loss is not getting to text message people cards
