PRAISE FOR WAR DRAGONS “The 3D graphics are spectacular for a mobile device, and this makes War Dragons stand out as the best-looking game of the bunch.” -GamesBeat “War Dragons from Pocket Gems gives us a taste of what it’d be like to unleash giant flying lizards on whatever poor ground-bound schmucks are fated to scurry under their shadows.” -Gamezebo “There's a combat section where your dragon will be flying through an enemy' encampments, and you deal damage to everything as you fly by. You'll also be building your own bases, forming guilds to help work with other players, and just trying to be the biggest, baddest, dragon-taming emperor of them all.” -Touch Arcade Please note that War Dragons is free to play, but you are able to purchase game items with real money. First of all I only play this game and one other. I love this game and my guild members. The dragons always look cool and since you can win other dragons the game is always enjoyable, and building up your defense is way cool!

I like the game granted there are points where it can get boring or tedious. First I love the variety of the dragons and love closely examining them in the dragons den, the modelers riggers and animators did a great job with most of them granted sometimes they feel a bit stiff usually in the legs on occasion, (i have Asperger’s so I’m picky and tend to obsess over the things that i observe). The ability to reposition towers is pretty good and helps keep things interesting up to a point, the variety of towers is pretty good too but you can still get bored, I wish there would be an expansion of the islands or maybe making it have more than one flight path to take. It would be nice to be able to pit the dragons against enemy dragons but I am not certain how others might take to that. There’s stories about something called Atlas that has a bunch of added features but it isn’t available for everyone, only the top teams have access to it and it’s perks. Most of the events are admittedly leaning in favor of higher level players and people who put money into it, granted you can still make plenty of progress without having to pay for it. Finding the right team is a hit or miss thing and it can change over time but some of the friends will carry on even after moving on to a new clan. Most people are protective of their teammates and don’t tolerate bullies and will do whatever they can to get rid of bullying and or harassment. The events are simple enough and as long as you participate you can reap rewards granted pvp events are difficult for lower level players to be able to earn as much in points requiring several more attacks than someone who is of a higher level. Event quest are varied and is usually reasonably done granted not always, the initial rewards also vary some well worth it and others are debatable, the event quest chest at the end determined by the team and their accumulated completion of quest can be extremely well worth the effort granted you have to have contributed to get it which is good since it prevents piggy backers from getting rewards that they didn’t earn. There are seasons where you can get special dragons and if you miss it then you can look out for when they are available to breed later on, but you might be incapable of getting the stones to level them up sadly, I admit I feel like they should make it so the stones can be used on any of the event dragons and have a chance to earn just the evolution stones for the dragons that you have missed getting their evolution stones. I like the destructible environment especially the fact that you can find chests or boosts when you destroy them. The forge has several things that you can make but it doesn’t feel much like a forge, and the time it takes to make sometimes is crazy. I must admit that the biggest reason I keep playing is my wanting to collect the dragons that I think are neat and the people in the different chats available. Hopefully I will get to see some new developments in future.

    By J4ckal_32
Started this game and have not been able to put down my phone. I haven’t been far enough to see if it’s pay to win but it’s definitely worth playing if you need to burn some time. Join a good clan seems very important
  • Your sigils will vanish and PG won’t fix.

This game is a scammers paradise. It’s pay to play and pay even more to win on a never ending micro transaction gouging. Support is terrible and they will ignore the bugs and problems you submit while blaming you for their buggy and unstable money grabbing scheme. Don’t download and waste your time unless you have $2,000/ month to waste and 18 hours a day as your game constantly crashes. They also are so shifty and code so bad it takes 2 days for them to barely get updates approved by Apple and released. Avoid this game.

would be great game if it didn’t cater to the #1 team all the time. and the could fix all the glitches before adding new things. An Atlas expansion would be the most important thing since so many teams are homeless without castles and PG favorites seem to get all the benefits. other than that i love my own dragons and friends i make. only reason i still play
