  • Horrible customer service

    By ravingwalrus
I never even received my package instead they sent it to the wrong address and when asked to send me another one over all it took 20 days I still hadn’t received it after about a month over 20 emails one almost everyday and their replies were to wait for the package sometimes this happens and eventually after berating them with foul language I was able to get a result and get my refund which took over a week to process

  • FIXD App

    By syedski
I purchased 2 of these gadgets for my cars. The worst App, they are trying to up sell there premium monthly service on every standard feature you try to use. The premium service sale screen pop up conspicuously on every feature tap you make. It is like they are trying to trick you into subscribing the monthly premium service. I will not buy this gadget.
  • Awful.

Seriously. I've seen some bad apps in my day, but man - The UI and UX of this one takes the cake. What's worse is that being locked into the associated hardware means that I can't just delete this one and use a competitor's. Please just rebuild it at this point. I'll even help personally.
  • Much better than Automatic

    By DavidVondle
Automatic intentionally bricked my fully working device as part of their greedy planned obsolescence strategy. I refused to give them any more business so I jumped over to this. FIXD is so much better. I love the video content that clearly explains how to troubleshoot issues and the fact that they support multiple vehicles shows me they aren’t trying to purposely rip folks off to increase profits. Good on you!
  • Beware

    By dgiven
I have been using this for years. Over the last few days it kept popping up with an offer for a free week trial for premium. I took the bait to make it go away and immediately got a notification from the bank that Apple debited me $80. Not cool. I canceled the subscription and contacted their support who are useless.
  • Crooked Company!

    By JDC72404
So I have to pay $60 for a device that I can buy for $10 under a different name?! Then, according to app store's description of the app, I have to pay either $7.99/mo or $59.99/year for the advertised features, but these shady folks actually have it set to $8.99/mo and $69.99/year! Go another route--there really are better and more affordable options. When did it become ok for companies to charge full or inflated market value for a product and then force those customers into memberships just to get the features that the company is basing its advertising on? Actually, according to the version of the UCC that I read, that, in my opinion, is an unfair and unconscionable business practice!
  • Product is ok but beware of deceptive practices

    By Millmaster
Openness the app with my thumb on the home button and it opened and bought a years subscription automatically the instant it opened. Nothing like stealing people’s business. I think I will scrap it and get a Blue Driver.
  • Not detecting the problems

    By ripcheezy
I have a bmw 335i 2009, the check engine light is on, adaptive headlights are on, and tire pressure light is on. FIXD is not detecting any of them.
