  • This program changed my business

    By hill143
I’m a carpenter providing services rather than products. I was a little skeptical at first as to how this CRM platform would meet my needs assuming it was designed to work for product based sales. I was wrong and am glad of it. Having a system which tracks all contact with my clients and the related tasks for them in the same program has made my productivity move from an unreliable memory to an observable process so I can see where I’m falling behind on my work. I will say a feature I was not sure would really do any service for me until I figured out how powerful it can be is the fields. I have my entire sales process from qualification to post fulfillment checkup tracked. The one thing I would suggest to the developers would be to maybe make a short video series detailing their program in steps with examples of how different businesses would benefit from it. Basically create a training series which could also be used in marketing their product. I’ve told other business owners I network with about this program and will continue to do so.
  • So far so good...

As a decision maker and owner of my firm, Contact Journal CRM is THE SIMPLEST CRM I have ever used to manage my pipeline and our production team. I have beein in business 22yrs in the corporate consulting area. In that time I have used 3 Account/Client Managment Solutions internally and have seen and used several others as part of work with out clients. Granted I have yet to link it with other units like my Desktop or phone (which I have head problems exist), but I'm using this on my business laptop to manage my pipeline and accounts to be efficient and effective with our objectives. My hope is that the creater stay in business and provide support and services to me and not mess with perfection. - Lopez
  • Simple & Helpful

    By Boesh
Works really well and is simple to use and keep up to date. Love the fact that you can add specific documents to contacts which is helpful if you have contracts or other documents that you want to keep tied to a contact and easily locate if needed. It is also easy to add contacts.
  • I've tried others and settled on this one

Use this on my mac and iPhone. It works the way I want the app to work. When I first started I synced my phone and mac incorrectly and had to fix but that was my issue not the app -- just back up and follow instructions. Once you are up and running it simply works.
  • Organizational Support is Here!

    By BIllyMc2011
8/16/19 - Last update with some new features - especially being able to asign a log or document or file to multiple contacts has been a huge help to my record keeping. Small issue with duplicate contacts happening - no matter if I add them to iOS first, or on CJ first. Once that is fixed I will upgrade my review to 5 stars! The company I work for spends hundreds of millions of dollars building new manufacturing plants around the world, but won't spend a dime on contact management. Very happy I found this app and the iOS version as well. A great boost to my personal and professional organization. I've contacted developer with a few questions and the reponse has always ben same day.
  • Totally Reliable

Compared to deficiencies in contacts in Outlook which drove me to Apple, this is the best app for contacts in Apple. It is clearly an advantage to Apple's contacts. I am totally satisfied with the app.
  • Worth Every Penny

    By TW Smith
    1. You buy it, NO Subscriptions. 2. It works brilliantly on Mac and has ios companion 3. They Update it 4. Data Goes In, Reports come Out 5. UI takes little practice, but easy enough 6. Has essentials and doesn't distract you with tons of add-ons, options, etc. Is it the fanciest horse in the barn? NO Is it more consistent and reasonably priced? Without a doubt.
  • Simplicity that works!

    By cmmc12678
Very simple CRM but it does everything I need it to do & more. It syncs perfectly across 4 different iOS devices. Works exactly as advertised. Using it for real estate contacts & conversation logs. I really like the ability to copy & paste emails, texts and voicemail conversations directly into the log. Makes it super easy to pick up with a contact where we last left off.
  • It's Almost Prefect

    By gllfeujv
They just need to figure out their export to the calenders.... It keeps adding customer notes to the location so my gps is like ugh ... location not found... because a full sentence describing a customers reason for our service visit is in the address box. Second please fix this... When exporting to the Calender its very repetitive in the box with words like appointment- date- ... How about a nice simple export where I don't have to retype everything for every customer ... Also once exported I can't see the customers phone number anywhere so I have to manually add that to the title with customer name and then i have to delete everything else that ends up in the "location box" third and this is huge problem... when scheduling appointments in the log it automaticaly tries to set the appointments at our home address... but gives you the option to type in a different address... The big malfunction here is that there is no way for me to click on the customers address for the appointment location. Instead I have to look up there address and once again manually add it appointment location. All in all though still this application is deffiently better then the others I have seen; espcially for the price. We have 1000s of customers I have to log though and many appointments day so if these bugs where fixed I would never need another application ever. PLEASE FIX
