  • Wh.y MQA?

Qobuz sounds much better than Tidal. MQA is an initiative by Meridian to monopolize the music industry same what Sony and Philips did in the past with the CD. Tidal is paid by Meridian to promote MQA. I do not cares what you do but MQA sounds bad compared to normal flac. Who cares about a file side 20% smaller as an exercise to monopolize music. Flac is open standard whereas MQA is not and owned by Meridian. Any player or DAC needs to pay Meridian money to unfold the MQA sound in order to sound worse than its original Flac. Recommendation, go for Qobuz and enjoy their superior flac natural sound. I have both. Qobuz sound more detailed, sound staging staging is superior.

Why do I have to pay for all the song. I don't have money on my account meaning I can’t use this app. What a waist of storage on my phone

This is by far the best music streaming service in terms of content, intuitively creating playlists and suggesting new content, and sound quality. Worth the subscription fee for sure.

This app has come along way I have had it for about 8 months now and the features have gotten a lot better. They playlist have gotten better to where it really pulls music I may like by considering music I have listened to in the past. One thing I would like to see is if I’m listening to an album and it ends that other music starts to play. If not I have to go into the app and find something else to listen to. Over all it’s much better than even 3 months ago I was considering canceling the app but I’ll keep it to see what else they add

I started using Tidal because it was offered by my mobile carrier. I’ve not been a big streamer, instead favoring to buy downloads, so I didn’t have any expectations...Tidal has been a game changer for me. Their catalog has things that I cant find in the fruit based music store that rhymes with “my dunes”, its easy to navigate, has good suggestions based on artists I like. If you’re looking for a good streaming service, you’ve just found it.
