    i’ve had tidal for about 2 years. this rating is because for the last 2 months every SINGLE time i go to change a song on the app “the story of oj” video plays!!! not only do i hate the f**king song now but if i pick a song then leave the app open and then happen to get a text or wanna unlock my phone and the tidal app is still opened on the screen..bang the story of oj song comes on. i’m canceling today and going with apple music. i gave tidal enough time to fix this

    I had high hopes for this app but it RAPIDLY went down hill. As I was searching for Kpop groups I noticed that all there is, is BTS and nothing else. I was devastated and very disappointed. 1 STAR!!!

    yo this is a really good app (RECOMMENDED) like I deleted all my music apps such as Spotify and iHeartRadio. I finally found the app where u can download all the music you love and save it offline. THANK YOU FOR CREATING THIS APP. This is the one app that doesn’t need no improvement because it’s that good.

    When I say horrible customer service, I mean horrible customer service. The only reason I decided to use this app was because I’d recently purchased OTR II tickets & it offered a 6 month free trial of Tidal. Well when I tried to redeem it, they asked for my credit card info; I assumed that they wanted that so after the 6 months was up they can proceed to charge me. Nope! They decided to skip the code & charge me that instant. I contacted customer service & then responding 3 days later, they said that I wasn’t going to be able to get a refund because the code was for those who didn’t have a membership already. Keep in mind I never had an account because one I use Apple Music faithfully, two I made the account just to redeem the 6 months free. So I asked for a refund because I wasn’t interested in there service. They replied a few days later stating that I was not able to get a refund due to their policies. DONE!!!! I refuse to give this company my service after this!
