  • Very detailed

    Really nice app, very detailed in tracking. Te only issue I see is the distance seems to be off on the tracking. So far I only used it for waking, but I compared the distance on google maps and it’s doubled on this app.
  • Not intuitive but some good features

    Had to drop the stars to one. I paused a workout yesterday from my watch and forgot to restart it. My watch did not record my sleep last night and seems to think I’ve been working out all night. It drained my battery to nothing, I recharged and it’s draining rapidly now. I deleted the complication from the iPhone but it still shows up on the watch. When I open it it doesn’t open but just shows the circling dots as if it is trying to load. Rebooted the watch multiple times but this zombie app won’t die. ==== Old Review ==== This is a good app that has the potential to be a great app. I'm excited when I see the connectivity that it does have. Calorie counts from Myfitnesspal automagically show up, for instance. However sleep data and other data points don't transfer from the Apple Health app. I understand the desire to get all of your own apps talking, but it's trivial to pull other data from Health when you're already transferring other info. This aspect males it seem like beta even though the overall quality is excellent. There are several interface issues that need to be addressed. If I ant to manually enter data (since the app isn't pulling it from Health -did I mention that?), please just give me a keypad to type n time, distance, whatever instead of making me use the cool looking but very fiddly scrolling thingy. Whoever programmed that should be proud of the cool factor, but after the first "Ooooh" it becomes a pain. It would be less pretty, but a keypad is much more efficient, particularly after a hard workout when hands are shaky. Speaking of workouts, I can't tell you how many times I've tapped on "fitness" in order to track a workout. Seems like the logical place for that function to live. Instead you have to go back to the dashboard and press the red plus sign, then workouts, and then track.... I think you could leave access there for those who are used to it, but also add the functionality when tapping the fitness part of the chart from the dashboard. As is the app does a great job of tracking some data and a poor job in other areas. Giving me a taste of app integration and making me add other data manually probably causes a more negative feeling for me as a user. If these things were fixed the app would be stellar.
  • Fix the watch app PLEASE

    Love the app but I’m about to quit and find something new. I have to constantly delete and re-install the watch app. It acts like it is loading and then goes back to the home screen. If I delete and reinstall, it works fine for a few days. What is wrong?? Fix this please.
  • Great, but Needs Improvements

    The app needs to interface with carb manager for those of us on a keto diet. My fitness pal does not work great for keto diets. Also needs to integrate better with Apple watch. Selected a workout on the activity app in my Apple Watch, and had to record separately in record app. Did not import workout.

    Not really sure so far just started using this app and still seeing what it can do to help my daily routine/workout routine but I like what I’ve seen so far!
  • No longer syncing with Apple Watch.

    I guess it was the iOS 13 update but my workouts no longer sync form UA to my Apple Watch activities and vice versa. Which is frustrating bc the UA app is my preferred tracking method. I love that I can see which zone I’m in and the distance is more accurate than the app Apple provides. But I do share my activities with other Apple Watch users.

  • Good idea but bad functionality

    The app doesn’t send push notifications to notify when a friend completes a work out. It doesn’t refresh correctly. When I upload a picture it turns it sideways. Not user friendly. Good ideas but poorly executed. Disappointed.
  • Poor Customer Service

    Been using the UA app since 2013, over the last year app support has been dismissive of multiple bugs and issues related to data syncing. There are too many good competitive options for a App Development to ignore bug fixes and upgrades. Get it together UA.
