  • App does not work

    By AnnaMarie91
This app does not work anymore. Do not buy. I purchased and can’t even get past the sign in page. When I finally got pat after restraining phone 10 times, the setup wouldn’t even work and it wouldn’t unmask the caller. There is no actual customer support for the app either. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

This app used to be nice and functional. Now it’s impossible to setup. The app closes out on its own. I actually got in contact with Tech Support. They , well actually a guy Named Nick, was absolutely no help at all. Pretty much just blew me off, told me the app was properly programmed. When it’s clearly not! Definitely doing everything to get my money back. Because the apps been nonfunctional for the passed 2 months. Don’t waste your money. Take a close Look at all the recent reviews!
  • Scam

I walked thru the set up option and tried the test call numerous times which failed and was stuck in an infinite loop of setting up. There’s no button for IT support within the app or the email I received. But they want to charge my credit card. CANCELLED
  • Do not waste your money

The app almost imposible to set up, after hours of trying Finally set it up, calls keep coming shows nothing, blocks nothing, all it did was add a contact with many known spam numbers wich includes Samsung 1800 And some other companies, and block them callers. I feel ripped off, tried to get a refund with no success. I wouldn’t waste my money on something that does not work like this app!
  • The BEST!

I have had TrapCall for a few years now and I cancelled it last week because Verizon now has call filtering for 2.99, cheaper yes but the service wasn’t good at all. I just switched back to TrapCall.
  • Nasty voicemail

    By ncjvjvjv
I’m not sure if this is from this app but recently I have had very nasty porn like voicemail on my phone when people call. I checked my voicemail through trap call and found the same nasty message.
  • Messes up voicemail

    By martyjimbo
I have been using this for about 3 years. Each time I’ve had to set it up on a new phone it’s messed up my voicemail which then neither TrapCall or att seem to know how to fix. Eventually you get lucky and someone at Att fixes it
  • Frustrated

I am so far frustrated. It just won’t work
  • Gone downhill!

    By KHinna63
I’ve had it since 2017 - was great at first! Now it keeps logging itself out. Chat on support no longer works - you have to email them. They just tell you to reinstall doesn’t help. Such a drag - used to work really well but I’ll be looking for a new app come renewal time!
