  • Workouts Missing

I noticed that my favorite elliptical workouts are missing and the trainer is no longer listed. Why aren’t the workouts still available? Those were my all time favorite. 🤷🏾‍♀️
  • THE WORST! Rip off!

The worst app ever bought! They give you a tryout period, like always, you like a trainer more than others, you purchase the app and then suddenly they remove trainers. After several emails to customer service, no response. But before paying the app, I did get responses for all my question! Biggest rip off! DONT RECOMMEND!

I usually run alone and therefore miss the comradery and gentle competition of a group. This app helps keep me focused and keeps me pushing! The coaches are energetic and the tunes are great!

I ran a marathon last year, I used to really like running. I wasn’t a daily runner or anything, like maybe a few times a week I’d do some short runs after I lifted. Well..then I gained 15ish pounds this year and I haven’t ran in months. I ran last week and just one mile had me dying. So I finally decided to use the app and I did a beginner steady pace outdoor run for 23min with “John” and IT WAS DOPE. Like the music was PERFECT for this run and I did THE ENTIRE THING. It was 2.2 miles for me but I wasn’t dying like I was with one mile with just my music. I’m definitely going to keep using this to get back into running.

Free subscription ended without any warning and they just billed me using my Apple account. Definitely not worth $100. Buyer beware!
  • Perfect if it wasn’t as expensive.

May not be able to continue because of the cost but very effective.
  • Great app, charge full price before trial ends, bad cancellation policy

I tried this app (and liked it). Imagine my surprise when they tried to charge me 8 days before my trial ended (my account blocked it) and have tried to charge multiple times since. Since I signed up under a promotion, my only option to cancel is to send an email which I have done twice without response.... or actual cancellation as they keep trying to change my account. They do NOT offer refunds! Buyer beware!!! They will take your money whether your trial period is over or not!

So first off, I’m the person that balks at dropping $1.99 on an app, so I put a LOT of thought into spending the money for this. I took advantage of the free month trial and decided that I wanted to continue. I really love using this. I am not huge in classes, and most definitely can not afford a trainer. I love going to the gym as opposed to working out at home, so being able to just put on headphones and listen to someone talk you through everything is so great. I love the variety of exercises, levels (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) and the different amounts of time for each one. It’s highly customizable to fit your schedule and life. It pushes me much better than I can push myself. And it keeps you going. When I would do things on my own, I’d take longer pauses, take time to determine what to do next, or have to look up a plan. Here, it’s all audio, so you just do what they tell you. There’s even a fairly broad range of music. I’ve only been using it for about a month following the trial period, but I’m very glad I made the investment.
