  • Best Food Diary yet

    By amperkins11
I’ve been tracking what I eat for years but as time goes on, when I gain weight it has become almost impossible to get it off no matter how much I work out or reduce caloric intake. I decided to try an experiment to reduce my sugar intake to less than 25g per day and none of the trackers I’ve used in the past track sugar. This app is amazing in the fact that it tracks everything and helps you stay in check. I’ve been using it for a week now to track my sugar intake and have lost 5lbs and 2.5 inches off my waist. I have not been able to lose in 3 months so this is a big win! I definitely notice and get frustrated with all of the glitches mentioned in other reviews. It would be nice that if someone adds information incorrectly that it can be edited OR I can add an updated version. If something has been added to the database by another user and something is entered incorrectly, there is no way to edit the information or even add a new entry for that product. But overall this has been so amazing for my overall health.
  • Don’t try it!!

Does not let you use the app without immediately upgrading to pro for $3.99, then failed to work at all. Complete waste of time and money.
  • Refund

    By KayNKay27
I paid the dumb $3.99 not knowing what I’m even paying for... I can’t even track the food because I click on each category (red, green, etc) and NOTHING pops up on the next page. I want a refund!!!
  • Best Nutrition App

    By Danielle Élise
I really love this app. The food diary option works great, and their database allows the user to add any foods it doesn’t have. I love how pretty it is, and how it can suggest good nutrient sources if you’re low in something for the day. It also has USDA options for foods. Each nutrient has a write up that is interesting & informative. I really appreciate the work that went into creating this useful tool that helps keep me healthy and well!
  • Great Concept HUGE Flaws

    By 🐢✨
I love the idea and wish it was all I hoped for. Being a nutrition aware individual for fun I wanted to see how well this app could track what I already know I am eating but there were huge red flags when non of my supplements were in the barcode database. Making it a huge pain to enter multivitamins such as source of life with tons of vitamins, minerals, and micronutrients some not even listed to be able to be entered manually. Beta carotene doesn’t reflect in vitamin A consumption. Also massive lag time, making it hard to deal with. Can’t search by nutrient page doesn’t load. Also didn’t accurately reflect what I was consuming even after manually entering things. Which definitely doesn’t make it worth the time. Maybe could use it to quick search nutrition of food but google does it faster. Of course keep up the work producer it has potential keep on investing into the app if it was streamlined and accurate it’s be AMAZING!
  • Okay, not great

I was excited for this app, but it’s a let down. They do not have a lot of food and you can’t add any. If you create a recipe and eat it, it won’t track that nutrients. You can’t adjust the amounts of each food, even though they provide the option too. You adjust it and it just reverts back, I put is two tsp and it reverted to 2 cups. I guess it’s fine for you just sort of basic broad nutrients, but not if you’re serious about tracking exactly what you eat. Also, you can’t track without buying, which was super disappointing to me now that I see if for what it really is :(
  • The app does not work to log meals

    By jjfksfnk
I just purchased the app and when I try to log my meal, it sends me back to the purchase page without allowing me to log anything. It’s frustrating.
  • You have to pay to track your food and it’s crap at it

    By Bug7.5
You have to pay for the pro version in order to use the food diary, it’s not intuitive to add items, and it’s a bug-filled, crappy app that won’t let you consistently or accurately adjust your portions. Not worth it. Wish I could get my money back!
  • Poor food database

    By SewingPhD
I bought this app because it broke down and tracked nutrients very well, but when I tried to use it, it became clear that it is far inferior to other trackers in terms of the foods available in the database. You can’t easily add specific brands, and there is a difference between “whole wheat bread” or “multigrain bread” and “Terra Grains Heart Healthy,” etc. This takes us back to 2000 in terms of usability, having to enter in every specific food to get an accurate picture. I bought it because other trackers don’t have a setting for pregnancy, but I wish I hadn’t spent the money because I simply won’t use it.
