  • Horrible customer service

    I tried a free trial of this app a couple months ago. I cancelled it. TWO months later, I randomly get a charge to my card for the subscription. I immediately investigated and found my subscription had been reactivated. Though they’re claiming I never canceled despite me following the proper steps to cancel months prior. As far as a refund for the $10.08, they quite literally told me that it was my own fault and I didn’t give them a good enough reason to refund the money. The returned email was highly unprofessional and I responded accordingly and let them know that I would be escalating the issue higher. ($10 isn’t a lot of money, but it’s the principle of the matter). I then received yet ANOTHER email, stating that they would go ahead and refund me as a “good will gesture”, but they demanded far too much information from me. Below is an excerpt from the email I received. “For the refund we would need the following information from you: bank account number, name, address, city, clearing code (ABA routing number/Fedwire). Please note that we are not responsible for any bank charges your bank might charge you based on the refund sum. When we make the refund, we are only responsible for the bank charges our own bank charges us. Also, all our refunds are done in euros.” Thankfully, my bank and Apple were more help than this joke of a company.
