    I received a call from Joseph who spent nearly 2 hours blowing my head up with endless possibilities to help my already successful business grow further. I accepted his sales pitch and signed up for what has become a nightmare. 0 complaints under my own system. Within 2 days of using Housecall Pro, I am now dealing with damage control to win my customers trust back. And this is what Joseph texted me back, “ I most certainly understand your disappointment. I have definitely given you a horrible impression about the way Housecall Pro serves our Pros. This is definitely uncommon and by all means, do not condone to giving the Pros a harder time. If there's anything I can do for you tomorrow, feel free to give me a call. God Bless.” Do not I repeat DO NOT trust them.

    House call pro is Awesome!!! Can’t say enough good things about it! It really has helped my business a lot and customers always comment how they love how professional it is and it makes communication so easy with customers. The few issues I’ve had were quickly addressed using the chat feature. I love the chat feature being on the go I don’t have to get tied up on the phone I just send my question and they respond within a few minutes and then I can respond when I have the time. A+++

    The app is ok but I find it’s much easier using the desktop version which shouldn’t be the case. I wish the app had a copy and paste feature for messages or a way to forward them to our techs. Also the email appointment reminders are great but wish they could send reminders via text too. The regular updates are good and I look forward to what the app will offer in the future.

    This app has so much potential. Recently it has started to show our customers name with some random address that is in another state. Thankfully I know the address but if a new hire was trying to get here it would be pointless to go through the app. Also it’s annoying that when you go into pictures you can’t just go back to the thumbnails but it takes you out to the main screen. It would be nice when you try and look at notes it didn’t do it like you were always trying to edit it. It’s nice we can put so much information in and it’s nice for scheduling.

    It puts everything we need and use daily in one place. It’s been the perfect solution. The only reason I deducted one star is the spam messages are horrid. Every time I open the app, it seems like there’s a dozen messages from management asking for one thing or another. The software is well worth the cost but the one thing I didn’t realize was I’m paying to be part of a captive audience with no way to opt out.

    Latest update to this app recently seems to have gone backwards in making it user friendly and have issues closing out jobs. Office manager has to close out jobs on desk top because it’s says error when doing it on your phone.
