    Good for plumbers I guess but not for Flat roofers. It will not allow you to have independence to change the amount and the price without changing everything. My work calls for a separate calculation of various items and then a day by day hourly count. This app suggest that everything is the same price if you add 1 number that is what it will multiply by as if the price of everything is the same. I may 10 units but at a different price?!!! Not sure you are trying to perform by that. Good record keeper and that one change on if you would allow what they calculate to stay independent until the the time to total , that would make a world of difference for all construction workers to use this plat form. Ever els was great.

    I would love to be able to pause calls so I could leave for emergency or other circumstances and would love for you to have a section in the customers info where I can put system info that has choices of system brands and filters etc segmented so I don’t have to type it all out. Thank you

    I started using this app because you could accept credit card payments and was told it would take two business days to hit the bank. Now it’s been two days I chat with them and they tell me now that it could take up to 7 days. False false and fraudulent!! I have kids to feed and all they can say probably while laughing that they wish they could do more. First off, stop telling people lies. We work for this money you’re not giving free money. Secondly, verify what info needs to be verified BEFORE you accept people’s money. It’s a joke and I don’t recommend! Can’t trust someone or something that lies from the start.

    Small business owner who is above average techie. I needed system that gave me as much information, power, and integration as possible. The integration into QuickBooks isn’t perfect but it is miles ahead of any other software I use. I’m extremely happy with housecall pro and allowed my team and I to run like we were all sliding down a hill covered in WD-40

    HCP is continually adding and improving their app. It has really helped us get organized and we have benefited greatly be changing over to them. There are still a lot of things that could be better but they are small things and usually I can find a work around for them. I don’t mind too much knowing they take our feedback to heart and are improving all the time.

    This app blows the competition incluce my local Bank out of the water.what can I say .ive had it up and running my 10 days and have done triple the work.Cant wait to use there insta pay card feature.all estimates and invoices go out now within 5 mins.not 25.I m definitely not tech savvy and would highly recommend it to any business owner.people can troll all they want but the bottom line is making money.i just put out invoices and people are hitting the pay bottom.
