  • Not seeing any of my February billing in my app

    I had been very happy with the service for a yr until my billing and invoices stop showing up all together for February. I’ve been bounced around tech support over and over for two weeks with no resolution. It’s sad because again I’d been happy up until this point. Another thing that was very alarming is that all my 500 + invoices I’d done in the app over a yr need to be manually corrected because I didn’t schedule the client first in the app. You’d think someone maybe my sales rep would have called or emailed me to indicate that needs to be done so that their system runs correctly maybe at 20 or 40 invoices deep. You would also think that you could just write an invoice with out scheduling someone as I’m an emergency service tech and take calls on the fly. Again this goes back to customer service. I think I’m going to ditch this and go somewhere else. Hate to do it!

    There is a huge bug in this app that makes my iPhone 11 Pro Max overheat. This bug has been present for the last 10 app updates.

    So much potential yet so many mistakes. Create an offline mode, reception isn’t everywhere. Locations can’t be found through the app at times. Bugs are present for over a year and no solutions have been created. Customer spam prevents accessing the app. Every week the app loads slower and slower with a fast connection.

    Normally I read reviews on everything. I was busy and excited so I did not read a review on HCP. It’s a rip off and it’s nothing but a headache. I woke up this morning and there’s duplicate jobs on my schedule. I didn’t do that and this cam after I gave a bad review. So here’s another bad review. Don’t use HCP!!! You’ll never talk to a human unless they are trying to sell you something. They use robot texting to solve issues. Call the number and it hangs up after a few rings. What kind of mom and pops business is this??? They took $49 out of my account for a customer that I had already booked. They did this TWICE it’s like they are waiting to take money out of your account but can’t answer one single question you have. Then all the money I’ve earned is locked up because they told me AFTER the fact that they needed my EIN. Gave that to them and they said they will “REVIEW” it in 24hrs! Man if y’all don’t release my money there’s gonna be issues. Im waiting for them to make up some more BS too in order to pull a fast one. I don’t recommend this app to my worse enemy!! Stay away from it and as soon as I get my money I’m looking for another service. They are the worse.

    I can not speak for the office side of this app but as a tech I would like to stop the clock on the job and restart it again after returning to the same job I do like that the customer can pay right away and that they can receive a on the way message along with a completed message

    Ever since they upgraded the app. Pictures take too long to upload even when the pic is set to small. Even when I’m on my home network. Pictures take forever and most of the time, only one or two load then an error is displayed. A picture is worth a 1000 words and what’s the point if you can’t use this option if it doesn’t work right.

    Love the application and the convenience it offers my customers and I. From quick reference to customer and past history, to extremely easy interface to use this app makes it easy for even a simple brick mason like myself. And the best feature is the response time of the help and support teams. Those guys/gals absolutely rock!
