Pure is for when you’re looking for an after-dark adventure, not a relationship. It’s quick, direct, and discreet. With Pure, your private life stays private. No social media links. We provide end-to-end encryption and automatically delete your chats. Upload a selfie and match with somebody who turns you on. Chat for an hour tops (your convo disappears after that). If you’re both feeling it, it’s adventure time. Now it's possible to turn off chat self-destruction timer. In the right top corner of the chat screen tap the collar icon. If your vis-à-vis is up for it, the timer will be turned off and you can talk at any time. We will assign him or her a nickname, but feel free to change it. Don't give out your phone number or social media accounts! This could lead to abuse or even blackmail. Keep chatting anonymously via Pure and do not switch to other messengers, this will save you from all sorts of troubles. You must be at least 18 years old to use Pure. PURE uses auto-renewing subscriptions — you have to subscribe to get inside. Here's what you should know about PURE subscriptions: - If you choose to purchase a weekly, monthly, 3 months, 6 months or annual subscription you'll be able to post-meeting requests and interact via chats with the other users who are online during the chosen subscription period without any limitations. • Great idea, but full of bots/scams

I’m sure people are on for the sake of actual hookups, one night stands, sexting etc. But (from being on the app as a male) there are also a fair share of bots or scammers trying to contact you of app either to endorse their premium snap, charge for a hookup or claim they’re in the same area as you while also wanting to charge you to meet.

Not one real user... All scammers and bots. Bloody waste of money and time.

App stopped working around 5 hours after buying one year of premium. Just shows the psychedelic loading screen forever
  • A Refined Craigslist without the entertaining descriptions for Titles

I downloaded the app for s%*ts and giggles. I paid for the month subscription thinking it would be enough time to really see a variety of people, features and connections. I’ve had it now for 4 days and so far it’s a bunch of scammers and escorts. Escorts seem to feed of this app. The user base for it seems to stay between the 100 to 150 mark for woman. On average you see about 8 to 10 ads from women and they are all dominated by scammers or escorts. If you post anAD (which I think is heavily dominated by the men) these scammers and escorts will reply to the ad almost always with a heart emoji. This lets you know that the odds of that being a scammer or an escort is very high. You’d bet money if it was a gamble. This interaction is short and full of broken English, divulging their gmail or social media accounts. The developer seems to know this happens because, well it’s in the description specs for the app and they immediately send out a message warning you of such devious behavior. There’s no way to filter out bots from real people. Once you leave an ad or block an ad for weird scammy behavior you’re either left with no ads to interact with or the same recycled ad to spam you and notify you all day. It’s quite annoying. At this point I’m only entertaining it since I actually paid money for this. Now before I knock it entirely. The concept is really great. Complete privacy, complete blunt messaging and ads that get straight to the greasy point. The front end of it seems to be very promising. It’s simple and it should be, especially for what the app is selling. But the back end to filter out people, to make sure they’re real people and not scammers and escorts is a amateur. Once they’re reported multiple times by several users, hell one user, they should be kicked off. People are paying money to try your product so when it disappoints. You really, really should pay attention. Unless, the message here for the user is to encourage scammers and escorts as your primary source for a user base interaction. Now, granted mostly all dating apps have some form of this-I think. But their user base is large enough that the ratio for people who actually want to date versus scammers and escorts is extremely wide. The concept is cool, the front end is simple and to the point but there is so much work to be done here. In closing, save your 15 to 30 dollars and get an app worth your time and money. Because the PURE eye knows, their users are also trying to cover their membership subscriptions with their scam and escort hustle.

If you’re a guy just do the free trial and that’s it. There are some real girls on there but a ton of spam and scammers too.

This is an easy going app
  • Definitely a disappointment

Been on for a month and have had nothing but issues. Paid for a 3 month special for the price of one and after a month I’ve been locked out unless I pay for another subscription! Feel like I was cheated just to get me to join.
  • Banned for no reason

    By miskatenn
I’m actually one of the only legitimate women on the app from what I’ve heard from the men I talk to (lots of escorts and bots) and I got banned for no reason and there’s no way to reach out or contact someone to fix it. For an app that is desperately in need of more real women using it you’d think they’d try to better manage this. Also they say there is no “account” in their FAQ but I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app and my conversation history and photos are still there, so I don’t trust the anonymity of the app (which was the main appeal for me). Lastly I really liked the incognito mode (again, anonymity was the main draw to this app for me) and they’ve now deleted that.
  • Full of spamming scammers

    By Reinuvis
Great idea for an app. Wish I only paid for a week though since the whole app where I’m located is full of spamming scammers. I reported like 20 ads and they just keep coming back since all they need to do is register with a new email. What makes it obvious its the same people is seeing the exact same distance they are away from you. Not worth it. You’re just gonna waste your time and get scammed. I only got one real match but we don’t even talk anymore. Ultimately, I wouldn’t try this app. Buyer beware.
