    I thought this would be a great product, and one day it might be. As of now the Android app is missing options that the iPhone app has, which is the ability to share your tile with someone. Additionally, I'm constantly getting false alerts of leaving without the tile when that isn't the case. Attempts to reach customer service are met with generic replies days later, it doesn't even look like they've read my issue before responding.

    App reset for some reason. Cannot find keys. Sent the reset request over an hour ago. No Email. Resent two other requests. Still waiting. Lack of response makes this thing useless. Yet it can still send me repeated requests to allow others to use....

    Can’t remove a tile from account. You can only hide one. Make sure to name the tiles you want to hide with dummy names, because they won’t allow duplicates between hid tiles and active tiles. And the customer service is very rude.

    Well, i lost my car keys which would’ve cost $500+ to reprogram a new key. I lost the key at work and was freaking out of course. I hopped on my tile app and it said my tile was out of range. Was upset thinking they were stolen. Then luckily, 10 minutes later after posting on the tile app that my keys are lost. THANKFULLY, an unknown feature I didn’t know about tile happened, it said someone found my keys 35miles away!! Found the location and thankfully got my keys back. Love tile and think everyone should have one

    The product itself works fine, but it requires you to set it Location so that it can always track you. I allowed it for a day and Apple alerted me Tile had tracked me NINETY times that day alone (without me using the product once) This is huge privacy concern. No thanks!
  • Tile sticker doesn’t work

    I set up my tile sticker. Stuck it to my remote and configured it. It played the sound it would play when searched for and then it has me double click to find my phone and everything seemed great. I refused the premium service and now the app says the tile I just set up is out of range even though it’s sitting in my lap. Waste of time and money.

    I love tile but i wish smart alerts worked better i know its in beta but the idea is just so good to have. It doesn't work some of the times. Only sometimes will i get a notification saying i’ve left my item or items. Sometimes it till tell me i forgot my item when i have it next to my in my car or at work which makes no sense. I would just love to have the beta fixed or updated i don’t know when a full version is coming out but would love to use it when it does. Also the maps location i don’t know if thats beta or not but, when i loose lets say my purse with said tile, when i track it with its location or last known location with maps it doesn't give me the exact location its in and it will send me to a random location or say my bag is 2 minutes away it will say its 250ft when its nowhere by me or my location. It Could just be me but thats what happens when i track something via the maps and its the main thing i find annoying. To me its like its not even tracking my lost item if its far away from my phone.

    I bought the “starter” pack a few weeks ago and my life has done a complete 180!!!! Last weekend I was visiting some friends and before going-out, apparently I left my keys at the pre-game. Instead of panicking looking for my keys, I simply checked the app and it told me where it was. If I didn’t have the “tile” on my keys, I would probably still be at my friend’s house! Amazing product. 100% recommend!!!
