  • Great motivational running app, but no plant-based meal options

    This app has been amazing at helping me get back on track with running. It’s been over two years since I last ran and with the advent of my kidneys nearly failing on me and my knees and ankles becoming severely injured from extreme water retention. My doctors thought I was delusional for wanting to run again, but I remember how much running helped me with my joint pain and keep my depression under control so I wanted to do it again! Bought the premium package because I’m at week 3 and never made this much progress over the last 4 months since I’ve started trying to run. I wished the meal plans had vegan options. I went on plant-based diet because it is gentle on my kidneys and heart.

    The app was encouraging and customizable to goals and needs, but trying to cancel it was way harder than it should be! Supposedly, I canceled it though iTunes subscriptions.
  • If you like to cook, this one is for you!

    If you don’t like to cook, this app isn’t for you. You will spend most of your time cooking. But, it is all natural. And to be able to eat all natural, you have to prepare EVERYTHING. The running part of the app is absolutely great. I did the beginner, although I’m not really a beginner, I hadn’t been out all winter and wanted to get back into the swing of things a little slower. I would definitely recommend this app for the cooking people!

    I love this app. Keeps Me moving even when I’ve taken time Off. I just restart and head forward. The coaching is helpful too.
  • Good, but with minor glitches

    It’s really nice to be told what to do on a run. I like that I don’t have to think. I just push myself until the app tells me to walk. Takes out a lot of the crazy dialogue I have in my head when I exercise. The music selection is good, but will sometimes stop and you have to restart it. The app also sometimes glitches and will skip an interval, so then you have to fiddle with it to return to the correct interval. Not a huge deal, but can be frustrating if you’re tired and towards the end of your run. All and all, this app is the only thing so far that has kept me running again consistently, so success so far!

    This app is simple to use and I am mindfully drinking more water! The music lists are good. Mostly, I really love the interval training I am challenged and love that I am following a system. I don’t have to constantly pause my workout to reset timers! There is one thing, Bobs voice has got to go...he sounds like a smoker and a biker 😎 Thank you for this app. Have a great day!

    I’m still working on the beginners running plan and I love it. I’m not really following the meal plan, it’s a little hard in my situation but I love this app.
