I’m currently studying for the NCLEX-RN. I’ve used Saunders, ATI, and UWorld. I hate to be harsh, but I personally find this one to be the least trustworthy. There are often spelling and grammatical errors, the questions and answers can be extremely vague/broad in interpretation and there are inconsistencies in the rationales. For example, this rationale states, “Clients with a disease of more than 20 years have a greater risk of developing hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Management of the disease, not length of disease, is the greater key to prevention of additional complications.” So is it length of time or management....? Whatever the intended explanation, it’s not well-put. I do think it’s good to use one or two different review sources for studying to get well rounded content and questions, but I often find myself more confused after using this. If it works for you great, but my experience has only been okay!
  • It’s okay

I like having the two predictor exams ($25 fee). However, I’ve encountered multiple practice questions that disagree with evidence based practice guidelines. It’s frustrating to not know how much I’ve truly mastered the content when my account statistics are altered by “missed” questions that are incorrect to begin with. I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m so frustrated with having to continually double check their answer keys against scholarly articles and department of health websites.
  • Expensive

NCLEX RN is worthless unless you subscribe for $30 a If you don’t, it lets you answer a tiny fraction of the questions, and doesn’t give rationales. Everything nursing is so expensive from the scrubs, to the books, to the schooling, to the traveling, ect... we don’t need money grubbers trying to squeeze out our last cent.
  • Solid App

A very useful tool and effective contribution to my NCLEX preparation. The volume of questions is more than sufficient, although perhaps limited if you’re only hoping to target specific areas to review. The rationale for the questions was generally helpful and occasionally provided useful infographics. Overall, I was satisfied with the app, but it’s strength in effectiveness was somewhat limited by the price.
