Description

Calendars is the most elegant and easy to use calendar application available on the App Store. It works perfectly with Google Calendar and built-in iOS Calendar. Calendars allows you to manage events both online and offline. Thanks to the unique interface you can move events simply with Drag & Drop, navigate quickly between dates, change event time and reminders rapidly with custom keyboards. Calendars supports everything you can find in Google Calendar: appointments, reminders and more. Sync is really fast and your information is always up to date. What makes Calendars great: ◆ Interface focused on events Elegant and easy to use interface makes it super simple to get a quick overview of the upcoming events and tasks. You always keep your focus on what's important; there is nothing to distract you. ◆ Day, Week, Month and List views of your events. Calendars illustrates your Day, Week and Month on a small iPhone screen the best possible way. Depending on the situation, select the view that conveniently unveils your schedule. ◆ First-class iPad calendar It's one of the best apps for the iPad. The iPad large screen is great for managing your daily schedule and enables richer interaction with your calendar. ◆ The fastest Sync Sync with Google Calendar works really fast and keeps your schedule thoroughly. What else Calendars lets you do: - Drag & Drop your events - You can move and change the duration of your events in a Day, Week or Month view with Drag & Drop. Just tap and hold on the event to activate it. - Manage your events online and offline - You can create, edit and delete events at any time. All changes will be synced back to your account once you are online. - Special Keyboards - Appointment time and reminders can be defined twice faster than in the built-in iOS calendar, all thanks to custom keyboards. - Search - You can search for events by name in the List view. Tapping on the status bar will show you a search field. • Best available since Fantastical bombed!

Best available calendar app if you don’t want to pay a subscription. I previous used Fantastical and when the ripped all my paid features away and put them behind a brand new pay wall I was done. The only thing I would change other than some visual things is the lack of keyboard shortcuts! PLEASE WITH SUGAR ON TOP INTEGRATE KEYBOARD SHORTS FOR IPAD PRO AND IPAD USERS THAT USE THEIR DEVICE LIKE A LAPTOP. It’s a pro subscription and pro app, let’s add the pro feature of keyboard shortcuts for fluently touch free work flows :)

Even though it offers more and more add-on packages, but I still use this as my go to calendar in iPhone and other devices. Thanks.
  • No one is going to spend money on a calendar app

This app has lots of potential, but the thing that ruins it is the fact that you have to pay for the simplest things. Sure it is a half decent app, but why pay for something Apple calendars has for free. I hope you take my advice seriously and don't waste your time.

I would like to be able to pick a date and even time before I write in the event. Both options would be helpful
  • Not a Calendar App

It's not a calendar app. It's a calendar collection app - it manages your various calendars. Ok... but I wanted an actual calendar app, in which I could put things I need to do, and meetings and such. Instead it won't let you do Anything on the app until you connect your local calendar. It locks you out unless you do this. I don't want my local calendar connected. I don't want any calendar connected. I just wanted a separate calendar app.

This app could benefit from a couple enhancements: allow new calendar entry to be added by first touching the date box on the calendar; allow user to specify text and/or fill color for any date box.

I use this multiple times/day. It syncs together with any of my other calendars from Apple to google to any others including options to sync with state and religious calendars & holidays as well as moon phases. Best calendar for viewing an entire month with events written out instead of just showing dots to represent events. Invaluable for what I do to keep myself organized. Only complaint I have found is when in the week view it doesn’t default to the current week. It opens at the last viewed week. It seems that it would be more useful to open to the current week.
