  • Push notifications not working

    By Voided1980
I’ve installed the latest update and push notifications are still not received when the iPhone is inactive. It seems iOS is shutting the app down after a few minutes of inactivity. Please account for this iOS behavior, developers, and allow this app to run in the background
  • Massive disconnection issue

    By PJ_32
Fail to sign in most of the times. Message sync is also a big issue.
  • Doesn’t work

    By Jweeba86
I can log in, but I stay “signed out.” Edit: works fine now. Guess it was an issue on my company’s side.
  • No support for iPhoneX

    By Master Ankur
Once again Microsoft has proved the worst quality in product development. The new update doesn’t work smoothly on iPhone X. Its hard to pull the reply text area and takes infinite tries to get the keyboard up and have the text box available for typing.
  • Have you people tested the app on iPhone X?

    Have you?
  • Notifications on the screen

    By Surender reddy b
Notifications on the screen is not working when you receive a messages . You never respond on time since no notifications. This is minimum expectations on every messenger apps.:-(
  • Worse with time

    By Chideniska
This app is essential to me, and is the most frustrating one in my arsenal. It is terrible. It had some really annoying bugs earlier this year. Those got fixed, new ones that got introduced. The app crashes all the time. Go to a meeting, get a call back, then return to the app and it thinks you haven’t dialed in. First time never works. Second time works. Go in, it hangs up and redials. Screen share viewing will stop with no way to recover. Controls are still awkward. First IM gets cut off or lost; its impossible to recover. Come on, Microsoft. Some real QA please! This is just sloppy work.
  • I can never sign in anymore

    By REP-J
I constantly get the message that I can’t be signed in. My company’s IT department says this is nearly constant throughout the company. Everything works fine on the computer, so it isn't the login information. It has been months, maybe more than a year since I’ve been able to sign in. As someone who travels a great deal and has many web conferences while on the move, it would be very helpful to be able to see slides on my phone. Unfortunately that isn’t the case unless we use another platform.
  • Good app, needs work

    By IanMcClain
V6.21.1 Doesn’t stay synced with desktop version, often shows old notifications that have already been addressed on desktop client.
  • Join meeting keeps you muted

    By whovian1095
If you use the Join button to join conference call. It never un-mutes you!! I have to call into every conference call separately. That used to be a great feature, but it hasn’t worked in a long time! Please fix.
