If you are struggling buy this app. It has over 700 test questions. Keeps track of the areas you are weak in. And gives explanations to each answer.

Does not provide material identical to the NREMT exam. It provides you with a false sense of confidence going into the exam. The questions are dumbed-down and are dissimilar to the actual difficulty of the NREMT exam.

This app made it easy to practice any time I had waiting in line, breaks from work, etc. to help prepare me. I passed the NREMT first try, not sure if I would have passed without the preparation from this app. Highly recommended!

My biggest issue right now is that I keep getting the same questions. Sometimes I will get a question twice during the same practice exam. I had 4 repeat questions during a 90 question practice exam with all topics selected. If anything this app needs more options in settings. I would love for there to be an option to get only new questions (of the 800 they offer). I would also love to take a practice exam just of questions I have answered incorrectly in the past. I have understood the explanations given and have retained this new information. I’ve recently finished my EMT Basic course and paid for the $25 version of this app as a study tool. My exam is in a few days, and if this app is so good I don’t want to feel like I am wasting my time answering questions that I’ve answered correctly 5 or 6 times already. It’s good- but it feels like it’s the only game in-town.

Well, after failing my first attempt I purchased the ultimate version of the app and managed to pass at 70 questions my second go around. Taking multiple quizzes on the app everyday helped me.

I took my national registry today and passed! I can’t thank this app enough! It is way worth buying all of the questions. This was the only app that I used to study and it was amazing. The questions are great and really mimic the actual NREMT questions. However, the best part of this app is the explanations with the questions. Cannot recommend this app enough!!

I used this app while studying for final exam in EMT-B class, and continued using it preparing for NR. I passed first attempt.
  • Good for Learning. Bad for Test.

The questions on the actual NREMT exam are constructed different. They are way harder than the questions on here. Once the app told me I answered all 800 questions I refreshed and answered them all again in each subject until I mastered them all and got at least a 97% in each subject. I had 795 questions answered right and went in a failed my exam. The 100% pass guarantee is not true. I would suggest definitely studying your book as much as you can. I have learned A LOT from being in my app nearly 24/7 over the last 3 weeks but not enough to pass the exam. There was stuff in that exam I had never heard of.
