  • Can’t read Sunday Edition

    By Hankster2014
Took forever to load on my iPad. Then couldn’t navigate the different sections. When I did find the pages, the print was blurred. Saw you made changes for the new IOS so I had already update your app. There are still problems, please fix, this frustrating. Last Sunday I could even get the app to open.
  • Frustrating

Very slow to load even on high speed connections. Keep getting the message there is no internet connection (everything else on the iPad connects fine).
  • Crashes all the time

Can the Enquirer do anything right?
  • Worst App in the App Store

    By SamnBill
I haven’t been able to read editions for several days. I was shut out when I traveled this summer. So what do I get for my $19 each month??? FRUSTRATION! I delete the app and install over and over again and the message says it does not detect internet. So odd, because I can download everything else.
  • Waste of Money

Using this app to read local news is an exercise in futility. After trying to get the current addition for 15 minutes I just give up and tell myself to cancel my subscription. Maybe today I’ll do it.
  • On line app

Hoping to not waste paper, my husband and I subscribe to the online version. But for two days straight, we’ve been unable to download it, with the message “no internet connection,” which is patently not true since we’re reading several other newspapers on line. Can’t even connect to Gannett’s help office, as we receive the same message. Come on, you all, fix’s been an ongoing problem for months.
  • Still a useless app (updated)

    By billks
I’ve tried to use this when my paper edition isn’t delivered. I’m constantly frustrated by my inability to print desired articles or puzzles. The app is reflective of the overall poor quality of the Cincinnati Enquirer. 2020 update. It just gets worse. Today there is “no internet connection” which is pretty astounding since I deleted the app and was able to download it and reinstall it. An outfit as large as Gannet should be able to provide a viable app.
  • Terrible app

I’ve just deleted and reloaded this app 4 times with no success. It remains frozen. I’ve used this app for several years and had little trouble with it prior to this week. Now if I can get through 3 pages without it freezing up I consider it a success. I would give it zero stars but am limited to only 1-5 stars.
  • No Digital Edition Available

    By dfp609
For the past couple of weeks I have been unable to access the digital print edition of the Cincinnati Enquirer on my iPad. If an organization as big as the USA network cannot keep their “apps” up to-date, then maybe it is time to drop the subscription and get my news elsewhere. After all, it has gotten to the point where current news is seemingly never current, especially when it comes to high school sports. It is really sad that things have reached this point. Maybe newspapers could still be viable sources of usable information if they would just report actual news, not just editorial reporting.
  • Crashing app

    By Prosurv1962
This is a bad app. Installed the app, and then it crashed with an error message. Enjoy reading the paper on the iPad. This needs an update really bad. Glad I didn't pay for it. A third party runs this app, and has nothing to do with Enquirer fixing it. Just save yourself the trouble, And uninstall it or don't install in the first place.
