  • App does not bypass

By Marc in the park dark
Alarm will not set thru app when a window or door is open. Must set alarm physically thru keypad and bypass whichever doors are open. And that defeats purpose of using the App.
  • Awful app

I’m the age of mobile technology and applications, this should serve as a case study for an awful mobile implementation. The developers and product managers should be ashamed.
  • Fallen from grace

I got an Apple Watch a month ago. Have never been able to get in to the app on it. Despite having auto login enabled on my phone. But today, despite having auto login enabled, it rejected the cached credentials and won’t let me login at all. However, I can log in from the website on my computer.

This app doesn’t work consistently on iPhone 10! It constantly drops out your password and user ID, and now after being able to log in with the same password for months it’s doesn’t except that same password at all! Therefore I had to try logging in using different browsers! It’s so frustrating! Once I finally got in using google chrome, I still wasn’t able to view my recordings even after calling AT&T for assistance! The rep stayed on with me for around 15mins, telling me to try changing my password, try a google chrome browser, try deleting the app and reinstalling it, and nothing worked so he told me to hold on and then hung up on me! This app is garbage! It should work from any type phone or browser, but it doesn’t!
  • Not sending notifications

    By laurasf
Got a new iPhone. App won’t enable notifications on my new phone. The app Doesn’t show up under notifications in settings so I can’t turn the notifications on through the app. I called customer service and they wouldn’t give me any tech support unless I could give them all my account info. I have two roommates and they weren’t home to help. Outrageous that they won’t even tell you how to use their app, which I was signed into on my phone, unless you can give them your passwords.
  • Do not purchase their services!

    By ZeroSatisfaction
I have given them one star because otherwise I cannot leave a review. I have been an AT&T customer my entire life; first as a rotary phone consumer, then as a mobile phone consumer, and for the past 5 years as a digital life customer. I don’t tend to complain, but there is zero customer service with this group. I began to experience problems in December, called again in January & cancelled the service in February. The cancellation did not go through, so I paid my bill in a timely manner in March. Still no cancellation and then they stole money out of my account in April, (an unauthorized account transaction) adding insult to injury adding a late fee! I am still fighting with them, they have charged me a fee for nonexistent security service and now have a collection agency calling me. DON’T BEGIN A RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM

  • Cant edit the app screen to fit the way i want it

I want to move the device icons on the home screen. There is no way to do that! The Help Screen was written for an older version of the spp!
  • Just a bad service

    By Cady63
I could write a book on how disappointed I am with the service and system. The app is slow and hell and getting access to devices in a emergency is horrible. I can’t wait to cancel my system.
  • Horrible App

This app continuously has login errors.
