  • Tried several times to cancel

    By krlst1
I’ve tried cancel my subscription on phone through email, the phone call was just sending me from person to person and didn’t even get a reply to my email. PLUS they hung on me. They’ve also charged me twice in one more!!!! Very disappointed
  • Concept good but Walmart’s delivery is less than desired

    By enaj0823
Tried 2x both times missing items that I was charged for. NOT a good experience
  • Good concept, doesn’t work for people with multiple diet restrictions

    By A~Li~Li
I like the concept, but I have multiple dietary restrictions, so only being able to use one menu type at a time doesn’t do anything for me. It’s supposed to take the work out of meal planning, but doesn’t for me. What good is looking at a menu I can only eat a few items on, or have to drastically alter the recipe? Additionally they would not allow me to cancel, so I’m stuck with a useless (for me) service for a year. Unfortunately a waste of my money.
  • Renews without notice.

Renews without notice and does not show up in your Apple account as a subscription.
  • Awful

    By Lbmdvm
Makes you start all over again if something isn't available. Couldn't buy frozen chicken for recipes. Not worth it
  • Terrible app

    By Miss Lisa Loo
Not user friendly! I’ve used several meal apps and this one is terrible to navigate. It doesn’t explain how it works. There’s no phone # for customer service, only an Email. Hopefully I get a quick response!
  • Waste of money

    By pleezzzzz
I haven’t used this site in quite awhile. When I signed up and used it was always the same meals repeated like every other week it got boring and quite expensive. When I tried to cancel via site like I was told to when I started subscription they said I had to call so I did. The lady kept lowering the price so I kept it and she just said to email if I wanted to cancel. Again I tried to cancel and was told I had to call to do so. Save yourself the grief don’t pay for this site
  • Options going down hill

This apps grocery list function is amazing and some of the food we have tried have become our favorite. If this review was for last year it would be 5 stars. There used to be so many more recipes to choose from in one plan but now I have to hunt for options in different plans to get through the week. It seems like they are making changes often so there is grace but I sure do miss the plethora of options in just one meal plan vs having to hunt to complete a week for my family.

  • All of these apps LIE

Do not download. We need to ban together to stop companies from making apps that take adabantage of people. What they want you to do is download the app and forget you have it. Then when you try to cancel your free trial they make it IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THE CANCELATION BUTTON.
