Take a look at our screenshots for step by step instructions. When you're on a call and you want to record it, open TapeACall and press the record button. We will put your call on hold and dial our recording line. As soon as our line answers tap the merge button on your screen to create a 3 way call between your other caller and our recording line. If you want to record an outgoing call, just press the record button. The app will dial our recording line and will begin recording as soon as our line answers. Once that happens, tap the add call button on your screen, call the person you want to record, then press the merge button when they answer. —————————————————————— Can I download recordings to my computer? Yes, and we've made it extremely easy to do this. From inside the app you can attach the recording to an email and send it to yourself as an MP3, or you can click the share button and find a short URL that you can type into your computer's browser. —————————————————————— How many recordings can I make? As many as you want! We don't have a limit on the number of recordings you can make. —————————————————————— How long can a recording be? As long as you want! We don't have a limit on how long your recording can be. You can record for hours if you want. —————————————————————— TapeACall is - and always will be - free to try. If you choose to upgrade to unlimited recording, you will be charged the monthly or yearly price, according to your country. The price will be shown for all packages in the app before you complete the payment. Your TapeACall unlimited recording subscription automatically renews every month or year, depending on the package you select, and your iTunes account will automatically be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. I want to cancel because I want to find something that records as soon as my call is connected. How do I do that?
  • Deceptive

    By Vanilla Geist
It says it’s “free” but the only way to use it is to purchase a membership in-app. Just tell us from the outset that it’s a paid app so we don’t have to waste each other’s time like this.

  • Doesn’t work and got charged after cancellation.

Cancelled it after trying it out then got charged anyway. This app recorded nothing from the call on one try and then app added weird clicks that weren’t on the call to another recording.
  • Noticed: Upgrade Required

    By BlackHollywoodAgent
I’m a paying customer, but for some reason once I started giving each recording a title, I started receiving a NOTICE: Upgrade Required. I’m guessing that the app is now requiring that I purchase the $10.99 version vs the $4.99 on a monthly basis. Sounds like it’s time for a new app. Anyone else with comments or feedback? Perhaps someone has a better app suggestion for me. Ps. I’ve been using this app for at least 6-8 months!!!
