You need to find a way to export to word in outline format
  • Valuable tool

Todoist has provided just the tool I need for managing my days and the work that can so easily fall through the cracks. It’s perfect to keep track of those random things you have to do. I recommend it to managers of small business, for those caring for things that need routine attention. It can keep you from missing deadlines and due dates.
  • Great helper

I was having trouble keeping track of my to-do items. I picked ToDoist based on reviews and comments. Having the list on all my devices is an important feature, typing is so much faster with a real keyboard. I immediately entered everything, but the sheer number of items was so intimidating that it was 2 months before I looked at it again! Now I’ve “made friends” with the program, I really like it. I like the inbox, so you can quickly enter something but add categories and details at a more convenient time.
  • Excellence!

I have a side business. And I am always telling people that I will do something and then forget. Now I make a promise and record it in my Todoist so I can’t forget. My business is better because of it!
  • Doesn’t work for Apple Watch

    By LUBU970
Hello. I’ve written a review previously to state that this app doesn’t work for my Apple Watch (Series 3). You responded to it saying it should be fixed in 11.15.6, so I thought I’d update and give it a try again... yet it is still broken (turns to black screen on start up, then crashes). Please fix.
  • I’m telling everyone about this great app

    By HomeManager
Whether you work outside the home, have a home business, or are a stay at home mom or student, this app and a few good systems can transform your productivity. I use a conglomeration of methods that I gleaned from 3 books: Getting Things Done, The 12 Week Year, and Do More Better. Those foundational books combined with this app have tripled my productivity already. I’ve tried several others, from OmniFocus to Cozi to Habit Tracker and more. I manage a home business, am a home school teacher, as well as manage my house. This is the first app that has given me the freedom to use my systems in an effective manner. My stress has reduced as I’ve found an app that lets me dump all of those tasks from my head and place them in an app that I trust to organize them in a manner that keeps me from missing anything. I wish it was a bit more intuitive in applying GTD, but I’ve managed some work arounds for setting up Reviews and other important GTD basics. Give this a try. You wont be sorry.

I like the app a lot. Has all the features and is clean. My only complaint is the widget is very buggy. Doesn't always show items due today or that are overdue. Then sometimes shows it items that I've already completed. If you can fix the widget, then it would be perfect.
  • Favorite To Do List App

I have been using this app for a long time and love how easy it is to keep track of my tasks. The only thing I’d change is the ability to have my iCal events automatically import as tasks.
  • Works Best with A Good Setup

Todoist is a comprehensive time management app. There are so many features that it can be somewhat overwhelming. We all want simple, but we also want effective. Instead of stumbling in the dark or trying to reinvent the wheel, do a search for “Todoist Carl Pullen”. He has YouTube videos that will guide the Todoist novice.
  • App freezes on log in

    By Kwoody3939
The desktop version of this app is good, especially for a free app. You can add all your ToDos and prioritize them. Unfortunately the iOS mobile version of this app doesn’t work. It freezes when I try to log in. I need my ToDo list while on the go, so I’ll be switching to another app.
