A bit pricey but lots of good information. To make it a 5 star, add a topography map.

Report a problem dues not work, and map really should not be tap to select, or sensitivity should be decreased. When pinching to zoom to quickly adjust, map jumps to one of two of your fingers.

Went to the corners of my lot and app had me half a block away. Worthless.

Uninstalled and reinstalled, still can’t get the app to show address. Any idea what I can do to fix this?

Over all great app, I would like to see more fetchers on the free version. I don’t like free trials for they’re a racket. Just a few more premium features to see if I’d like to upgrade

App seems to work just as it should, pretty cool you get to see all of the people around you. Just wondering how you contact them to update, our home is labeled from the previous owner and we’ve lived there for almost 3 years.
  • Way off on accuracy

This app is way off on accuracy. Who do I contact about this? Anyone have an actual phone number? I saw your response. It is a lot more than 3 or 4 feet. It’s more like 20 feet off. That isn’t even close to accurate! It shows the road in the middle of a row of houses. I think your programming must be way off.

Great app! Only downfall is delayed updates on current parcel ownership.
  • Efficient & streamlined/Needs a few basic features

I’m a real estate investor and am always taking note of properties that catch my eye. This app syncs with public county data and is perfect for quickly looking up parcel info in a clean GIS interface. I love how the app specializes in parcel look up and does this very well without clutter. Best of all, you can drop pins on parcels to save them. Then export all the data for your saved locations into a clean spreadsheet. However, I would like to have a feature to create folders for your Saved Locations. Right now all the saved parcels go into one folder based on most recent with no way to organize them. If I could, I would create folders such as “residential” or “Neighborhood ABC”, then export the data from that folder specifically. This simple functionality would bring a lot of value.
  • Won’t let me cancel subscription

Emailed developer support stating that the “manage subscription” in the app gives me an error. No response received yet.
