  • Can only do subscription

    By Tautry75
This shows an option to buy credits and fax without a subscription. I puchased credits to send a fax but it still will not let me send it without doing the “free trial” subscription. I want to use my credits to pay for my faxes as I go….without a monthly fee. This is very misleading!!!
  • Misleading or Broken?

    By jjm390
I was looking forward to send as many faxes as I wanted free for 7 days, as advertised, but when you actually try to send a fax, you cannot proceed without buying credits, even though the interface says I have unlimited credits. I might try again in the future if this is ever fixed.
  • Like a broken vending machine, it takes your money and gives nothing in return.

    By Bej95133
Run from this thing. I bought $9.99 worth of credits and tried to fax over some important papers. IFax did not recognize that I had credits and prompted me to buy more! Not only did I find the $9.99 charge on my card, but two $.99 charges back to back. Their support is a joke and non-responsive. I am disputing the charges with my bank.

iFax made it easy for me to fax important documents at a reasonable price.
  • one star - total rip off

It's a total scam rip off. They nickel and dime you for every call. I downloaded it and already want to cancel it before I used it. Don't waste your time.
  • DBPR Fax to License dept SO EASY

    By 2020 Broker Lady V
I had to get 5 pages to Dept via fax. I was going to send from a postal service and pay per page. I decided to "try" It was EASIER than sending an email. I won't go through the machine, land line, or anymore old fashioned ways! I'm trying to be as "paperless" as possible, this was done in less than 2 minutes with no hassle!!GREAT Product. I rarely ever need to fax but if I do I will buy the program, the first 7 days are free! Victoria Lara Broker
  • Pay for Credits AND Subscription

    By ghwyahatjdk
I need to send a 60 page fax TODAY. First, I tried trial, then the 24.99 monthly subscriptions and apparently, that does not include unlimited faxes as advertised. Then I purchased 19.99 worth or credits only to have ifax say the number is invalid (it's a verified valid number). Credits were used for an invalid number. The free trial does not work.
  • "Buyer" beware

    By Disappointed in Madison
Free 7-day trial isn't free. Despite cancelling was billed $99 through Paypal--and also another $24.99 through Apple apps store. Emailed vendor (UK based) through Customer Support on website and have not received a response.

No free dial, need to sign up for several different 7 day trails and still doesnt work after. ***Don't waste your time*** Apple should take off apps store
  • Offer a free trial and then make it next-to-impossible to get out of it

    By TimothyKarr
I took up IFax's offer of a free trial but quickly determined that it is a service that I would not use often enough to justify the expence. I have been trying to terminate my free trial but find it next-to-impossible to do that. There is no clear process via the iFax user interface. I suspect that this is intentional. Don't use this service unless you enjoy being trapped into paying their monthly charges.
