  • Horrendous failure

    After re-downloading twice, the app continues to repeatedly not open, or if it does open, it shuts itself off soon. A colossal boondoggle which I'm shocked Disney would put their official name on.
  • Can’t even get started

    I would love to be on here just saying how lovely the app is and how well it is made by this multi- million dollar company but it would be nice if they put the effort in for the app to even open. It crashes every time before I even really get into the app good job Disney.
  • Slowest, Buggiest App Ever.

    It seems like every time they update this app it manages to get slower and slower. It’s a well designed and user friendly app when it works. But 90% of me using it is waiting for it to load. It freezes when I try to do something as simple as scroll through my plans, it takes almost 2 minutes to even log me in, and it seems to move twice as slow and crash when I’m in the parks (literally when I need it most). Overall I’m very disappointed in the quality of this app purely because of the slowness, lagging, and bugs. If this was fixed it’d be an easy 5 stars from me. But until then it’s borderline unusable.
  • Useful idea with terrible execution

    I rarely write reviews, but the frustrating MDE app warrants one. It’s handy to see wait times, order ahead for food, or manage Fast Passes. If it did that with any amount of competence it would be excellent. However the app lags, freezes, or crashes on nearly every use. It happens on my older phone and on my wife’s new phone. The dev teams I’ve worked with would be embarrassed to ship a product like this.

  • Crashes constantly / not user friendly

    I have been very disappointed with the Disney app. I have gotten kicked out and had to sign back in every time I have tried to use it and make plans for our trip. It is also not user friendly when linking fast passes with your friends and family to be able to sort through plans. It also is not linking my dining plan or hotel, just continues to tell me there’s an error. It freezes constantly or restarts on its own.
  • Crashes all the time

    Every time I open this app when logged in it crashes on the Home screen. Every. Time. Part of the home screen is loaded and if I get lucky I can click off the home screen before it crashes. If I am that lucky, I can use the parts of the app that are not on the home screen. It appears to be having a problem with something on the home screen. By “crash” I mean the app no longer displays but is still in the background. If I switch back to the app it crashes again. Did anyone test this by actually logging in when they had Disney tickets and FastPass selections made? This only happens if you are logged in. If you are not logged in the app starts fine. But if will crash when you log in. Based on other comments many are having this issue. It was also doing this on the previous version. I have a Disney trip in a couple weeks and would like for this to be work.

  • Surprisingly bad app

    Considering how excellent Disney is generally, and how much attention is given to details the parks, I’m always shocked how poor this app is. And it has been that way for years. It is slow, it crashes frequently, and it is full of bugs. This app needs a major overhaul. Especially given how necessary it has become to enjoy the park experience fully.
