    So far my wife and I love it. We have been on the same strict workout schedule for two years and wanted to “up our game” This app gives us plenty of options and recommendations. Especially on days where the gym is packed. If a machine is taken, we just find that exercise, using a different mode, say dumbbells or barbell. Vey handy. I don’t think we have even experienced all it has to offer yet. Highly recommend

    Great app except for one issue: runs very slowly on an iPhone 6S with 12.3.1. Entering a weight or two count takes about 2 sec per entry. Sounds minor but it’s a real pain if you are actually using the app to log a workout. Also, taping the history for a workout takes over 20seconds to open. I suspect that this app was optimized for the iOS circa 2016.

    I’ve used this app for years and have some personal workouts and history saved. But every time I access the backup or restore feature it would freeze. I need to reinstall the app to get it to work again. It works great as long as you don’t utilize the backup feature.

    I love this app and use it regularly but it needs a big update. It crashes a lot and is very slow. For example, when looking up previous work out history it takes about five minutes for the data to appear. Please work on this!
