  • Not able to turn off auto tip.

    I’ve read that in November 2018 a feature was added where there is an automatic tip added to your ride. You can allegedly turn this feature off, yet I am not able to find where in settings this is. Contacting Tech Support says to upgrade to the latest version, which I had to manually do. Still no option to turn off automatic tipping. I tip my drivers anyway, but I don’t like the fact that it’s automatic.

    Ride should have been charged to my company , Southwest Airlines . I put in the necessary code that Southwest Airlines gave me and it should NOT yhave been charged to my personal credit card. I am very upset, and would like a credit for what was charged to my card instead of the code they gave me! While in the car the driver connected me to someone who pulled up my account and the code was in the record unused! Please resolve this issue for me. Pretty sad that you can’t speak to a person when there is an issue. I Thank you

    So far I’ve had five rides with Lyft. The app definitely could use some upgrades. Like away to inform the the rider of comprehensive language(s) of the driver. I am always already, readily waiting to go. So when I get a notice that “the driver is waiting “ but she really isn’t because I’m where I need to be to see that she isn’t. I try to call and nothing can’t get through and the recording is in another language. I attempt a Then she finally shows up but says she doesn’t speak English. Again in the app we 1) need to have reliable access to contact the driver and 2) need to know if they will be able to understand and communicate with you. Even Uber tells that much about the driver. I don’t want to be charged for cancellation that wasn’t my fault.
