As others have been saying recently, this app has not worked in weeks. When it IS functional, it works great, but this app has not worked at all for anyone recently. Unable to access even the most basic functions. I also paid the premium subscription and have been unable to use this product. This is pure theft and misleading to the customer. If left unfixed I will be reporting this developer to Apple for this specific reason. That said, when the app works, it’s great. You can look up any information that you’d find in the book. As an RN, I used this app almost daily. May have to take my business and money elsewhere. Shame.

Terrible customer support. Started receiving index.html message error message after 3 months of use. Contacted customer service and told “this issue will require revised reprogramming and a deployment of the revised NDH mobile app to the stores. No exact date on fix. Expect revised software will be available within a month.” Could any other industry get away with such low standards? Would CVS exist if they told customers our system is down expect to get your meds in a month? Not offered a refund or anything. Don’t worry I’ve canceled my annual subscription and am now a subscriber of Davis Drug Guide for Nurses.

Constant failure and app shut down. Continually states Error, or won’t pull up medication information. A true disappointment!

I really like the layout and information in this drug book, but the app itself is incredibly glitchy. I haven’t been able to log into it due to “updates” and then page refreshing that never actually happens. Won’t renew my subscription.
  • Buy the book

Worked well when I first downloaded, but after an update to my phone not working at all. They say it could take a month or more. Not worth the $24.99 at all.

I have been using this app regularly (and have a paid current subscription good through Oct 2018) and had no problems until now. They seem to have all of a sudden, without warning, disabled the app and when I click the link to contact the developer about the problem it’s also been changed/disabled. SOOO MAD!! This app isn’t cheap and that is wrong and dishonest of LWW!! Now I apparently will have to purchase another drug app for reference at work but you can guarantee I will NEVER purchase another LWW app.
