    I have been using this app for several months now. Awesome results. Lost 22 lbs so far. Plan on losing 20 more. First plan I’ve used showing real results and I’ve used plenty others. This is great!!!
  • Old User - I don’t like the new UI

    Hi Team, While it is absolutely amazing to see continuous app improvements, the recent update has been really tough to get used to. I’d love to see the old UI come back, it was much easier to use and entering diet was like a second habit (entering quantities, macro-nutrient splits). Please see if the app UI can be reverted to the old design.

    Absolutely love this app! It’s like breathing to me now, I eat something and immediately log it in. It’s so simple because you can search for whatever food you ate and if it’s not already on there, you can create it. If you only eat half of something, you can adjust serving size. I log my weight, workouts (by exercise) and amount of water I drink as well. It’s also super convenient for logging combo workouts you’ve done because you can enter “calories burned” and the name of the workout. I’ve lost 13 pounds and four inches off my waist already because of this app and I don’t plan to ever stop using it! You can use the entire function of the app without paying anything for a gold membership, aside from a few workout videos (which I don’t use anyway. I get mine from YouTube.) I highly recommend this for anyone trying to lose weight and get their summer body. A++

    I’m a 48 year old male that looks pretty healthy but am working towards more of an athletic build. This is the best calorie tracker app I’ve used. I tell my friends I lost 17 lbs. this year and show off this app’s features on a regular basis. I started using it a few years ago because it was Lance Armstrong’s Live Strong app. I miss the Live Strong branding - maybe because I’m a guy and most calorie trackers are a bit girly. Losing weight with this app is easy if you keep a healthy macronutrient balance and don’t exceed your calories. I can see everything I need on the main screen: calories left, macronutrient percentages, etc. I love the donut graph macronutrient display. If I’m hungry I can instantly see if I’m short on healthy fats or proteins just by looking at the donut chart and choose a snack accordingly. Being able to view my progress by day, month, 3 months or year and filter results to see where I’m coming up short or overeating is really useful. If you don’t see results this feature can help you find the culprit. I love being able to create my own list of foods with the manual entry. My only wish is that when I scan bar codes I could save those foods to my custom food list. Make this happen and I’ll give it 5 stars. This app is much easier to use and more effective than the Under Armor one and others I’ve tried. I would give them 2 or 3 stars at most. I was impressed that this app had the largest database of foods of any app at the time I downloaded it. Not sure if that’s still true but it’s awesome. Use this app with a good digital scale that measures your body fat and you’ll be on your way to a healthier physique in no time.

    I think this is the best application I’ve ever used. It reminds me to eat, it offers healthy recipes, it’s up to date on the current healthy food that is available. I’m really happy and I feel so blessed that I don’t have to pay for it! Thanks for providing this to me at no charge.
