  • Not a free app.

Although it says it’s free , it doesn’t let you use without subscription (49$ annually). There is free trial for a week. I would like it if they were upfront about the fee.
  • Scary story

My five-year-old Son tried this app one day. It was ok until it got to a story about a rabbit. It was pretty intense for a 5 year olds book. It scared him so much he cried and had nightmares for days. Deleted it

I like being able to use Tiny Tap as a way of introducing material to my students. As a Speech Therapist my students have assorted goals. Tiny Tap is a great resource , not only am I able to create activities to use with my students but find activities created by others

Help!!! I have no clue how to change the settings. I don’t speak or read the language it is set on. And I can’t figure out where to change it
  • App ok

My 2yo son mostly likes this app which is why I gave it 3 stars, but as the parent it’s a bit frustrating. It won’t let you pick a category and stick with it, like fun puzzles, it lets you pick one activity and then goes to their on recommendations so on days he wants to play with colors or shapes, I have to stop what I’m doing and find another activity for him. The games also crash rather frequently.
  • Overpriced for Quality of Games

My 3 and a half year old has been playing with this game regularly for the past month or so. In that time we have come to realize that for the high price of this app, we actually have several other learning apps that he likes better, is learning way more from, and are noticeably better designed. The first issue we have with this one is that the vast majority of these games are narrated by people with thick foreign accents, and they can be extremely hard to understand. Another issue is that the content itself is extremely juvenile for him, so he isn’t really learning anything, and it doesn’t seem to be getting any more challenging the longer he plays. That being said, he frequently can’t understand what is being asked of him anyway due to the thick mostly Indian accents. I wish there was a way to filter these out, but even the language filter doesn’t work very well, showing Spanish activities when you search for English only. Almost none of the English games are clearly spoken by native English speakers. While playing, if he touches any part of the screen that isn’t the thing he’s meant to select for the next question it will either move on to the next screen or count it as an incorrect answer, even before the question has been asked. The games and questions are extremely repetitive. Given the exorbitant price of this app, it should be a much better resource. It should be easier to navigate, follow a clear learning path or guided curriculum that’s customizable and age appropriate, the instructions and dialogue should be easy to understand and clearly enunciated by someone who natively speaks whichever language is being used, and there should be a wider array of games, activities, and learning topics.
  • Games doesn’t open up and poor customer care

I have reached out to customer care several times still no response . Multiple games just doesn’t launch even after paying . Worst thing to buy
  • Math problems are inaccurate

The robot math game is showing wrong answers. This is supposed to be a learning game for children! How can they learn if you are providing wrong answers. Marking correct answers wrong. I will be canceling my subscription.
  • Hard to manage

We paid for the annual subscription, everything worked, we got an update, it reset something, and now we can’t access the app at all. It just sends us to the connect screen. I’ve tried resetting the passwords, I get the link, reset it, but it’s like it just doesn’t work. Starts asking me a bunch of questions to set up what we already set up. Aggravating.
  • Game creation is full of glitches

I love the idea of this app. As a teacher, I have been looking for something like this for years. The problem is that I have created several games - fun but time consuming - that won’t save or update, losing all my time and work. I’ve written to tech support with either no response or no workable response. If i delete and reload the app, that works for a little while but I lose all my work. So frustrating. If this didn’t happen regularly I would give it five stars.
