I paid for my Sunday print edition and full digital access. It’s absolutely impossible to use the app because: I log in ( or so it seems, bc in settings I can logout!) BUT after I click Continue it loops forever asking me to login, then confirm my credentials, login, confirm account, login.... never letting me get beyond that screen! I can just open the app and read some news like everyone else - but I subscribed!!! Don’t waste the few dollars for this app, maybe try the website - no guarantees though.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Persistent error message on attempt to sign in; did no one test or debug this?

Your business model can now only succeed with advertisers. I enjoyed the paper for years but the editorials and heartfelt views of your journalists are an echo because there can be no incentive to subscribe when the news you highlight is free on the Orlando tv outlets with apps better designed. Respectfully there is no reason to subscribe for public domain news and the best you provide will never be seen beyond a locked door

I paid for a year and downloaded the app and I’m unable to read the full stories. I want a refund.
