Good game but controls sink it.
  • Good but challenging

For all of you who say the game is hard, well that's true. But it's not so hard if you keep on playing the tournaments over and over again until you get an "invictus" which means you beat all 5 enemies in 1 try. This may be tedious but it definatly pays off because you will have accumulated enough money to buy new equipment.

    Title says it all.
  • worse copy of infinity blade

    By yangelectric
if you have played the first infinity blade, this is basically a remake of that on a mac, except alot worse. It is exactly like the first one with no storyline. It has pretty bad graphics, times where you are pressured to buy things from the game, and a ton of ads that you have to pay to get rid of of. Whoever made infinity blade should make an app for the mac and replace this one.
  • Be Careful !

If you buy in to the game and spent money on the coins or gems, you might loose all of it and your progress when you quit the game or turn of your computer. I spent about $50 bucks just to find out that it was all gone next day when I started the game again. In my book that is rip-off. So be careful !
  • Great gameplay for a freebie, but difficulty is very spotty

    By Sean from GA
I love free games that you can actually play without the annoying greediness of most games. This is actually a free game that you can play without upgrading or spending cash, but if you do upgrade, the reward is satisfying. Most free games dont strike this balance. The gameplay was smooth and bug-free. The graphics are top notch - though some of the angles are annoying. As others have said, the biggest flaw of this game is the sporadic varying of difficulty. Its not as progressive as it should be. But that is not enough to make this game a loser, its a winner all the way. One of the best free games I've played.
  • OK But Not Great

OK game in the gory mode. You don't need to buy anything with real money. Just figure out the moves of each enemy that comes against you. There are special levels that you must pay for in real money. I was bored of the game once I beat all the free levels (no real money spent) so I uninstalled the game.
  • decent translation of the iPad version

    By newMoVfan
While the in-game graphics look nice and crisp I wish they would have put some effort into up-resing the HUD and other icons. As it stands, it translates pretty well to the mouse and keyboard setup. Not the deepest of games but what keeps me playing through is seeing the cool gladiator designs. Fun for a weekend playthrough or a lunch break time-waster. For a freemium game it's worth a look-see. Not sure if I will bother with any of the in-app purchase upgrades.
