  • Make the setup more complicated

This is such a bad app. I have seen a lot, but something this straight forward to take 45 min to setup, because between web browser and in app registration the effort is just not worth it. Furthermore, the handling of signatures is done so bad that I can no longer read my signature, since it comes out so small after signing that only with largest enlargement allows me to read it... they have a long way to go and should not release some kind of beta version to the public. I REFUSE TO BE GINNY PIG THE DEVELOPER!

This app was perfect! You clicked once and the first letter would automatically show the address or name or most recent thing typed. This made it very easy for sign an app. Now you have to click on the location would you want to type on that it will give you options then you will have to press tax and then struggle to get in the right location and size. Also once the document is “completed” you cannot go back to edit! Someone really failed on this update...

Keep getting a statement on my bank account for no money. Why is this going to my bank account at all. There was no mention that this app cost anything.

Creating a signature and signing is easy. Signing and finishing the doc is quick if I’ve already read it. However, I like to read the document as I sign, so I wish it were easier to sign inline while reading the doc, instead of the app immediately skipping to the next place to sign, sometimes several pages further down. The app does not know or notify me when someone sends me a document. I have to first open the app, and then it finds new entries. Shouldn’t it be getting them by push notification without me having the app open? I have all notifications enabled for this app.
