No stars. I have not been able to access the e edition for 3 days. Cannot get technical assistance 24/7. When I can get access, keep having to sign in if I leave it for a few minutes. Have not been able to set up as a bookmark so that I don’t have to continually sign in

The app is difficult to navigate, often requiring a reset. Too often I have to re-login when opening the app. Zooming in and out is clunky at best and horrible sometimes.
  • Not easy to use any more

Since the recent rewrite, it’s very hard to use. I need to login every day. I have a subscription they don’t recognize. I was using the app because the delivery was so undependable. Very frustrating

Doesn't remember my details for Customer Service. Every time I send a message I have to re-enter name, address, email and phone.

I dislike the iPhone app because it seems like every other day, it requires me to sign back in in order to read a story. This morning, the iPad app is requiring to sign back in as well, but it refuses to acknowledge that I’m signed in so I can’t read what I have paid for. Overall, the news coverage is very biased in a left leaning way, and the paper has gotten much more expensive for a lot less content. While I don’t pay for a print edition beyond Wednesday and Sunday, finding out that the Saturday print edition is being killed in March 2020 certainly doesn’t inspire confidence in the paper.

    It’s great
  • Not a very good implementation

There is no organization to the news stories. Virtually every story appears in every category. Editorials appear in categories labeled "News". I read the Star in spite of their editorials (and the editorial content of their quasi news stories). I will seek another source of local news that is more time efficient.

There are times early (5:00am) when the paper does not load. I even would like to see the paper available earlier. The Xtra section is sweet.
