    Thanks to this app I no longer pay for a personal trainer :)) I pick the area I want to work on, design my workout schedule & set my iPad on the machine & go for it. I get to see what muscle group I'm working & my skinless man doesn't judge me. :)

    It make my exercise routines in a better result. However, - App itself is quite laggy. - Would be great if user can add .gif or even better with video for customized exercises.

  • Clinically inaccurate and dangerous

    I am a physician that works extensively in a rehabilitative setting with a large patient base with chronic pain. Nearly all of the exercises listed in these videos show crucially and clinically dangerous executions of the movements. Nearly all barbell moves listed will contribute to a significant increase in the likelihood of disc herniations, SI instability, facet irritation, and discogenic pain generators when performed as they are in the animations. How can so many be so wrong? The same is true for nearly all kettlebell exercises and body weight movements. I was shocked to see that the entire program in unacceptable to show to my patients. If you are the designer of this or have any influence on this program, please reach out to me to correct these errors. If you are someone looking for good exercise guides, do not get this app. Buy Starting Strength and then go from there.
