  • Fine, but better out there

    To be honest it is expensive for what you get. Insight Timer is free and way better. This app is good if you want courses but not for just being a good source of guided meditations. Plus you never know when you pick something if it’s more course or more meditation. I got tired of that and it’s not helpful at all with forming habits, so I gave up.

    I love that I have a choice to have guided meditation or just sounds. The guided is so perfect and you get just enough instruction but not so much as it becomes a distraction .
