  • It asks you to sign in every single day

Good app, but why do i have to sign in over and over and over again? Just remember my session like every other app.
  • Slow, hard to use, and crashes a lot

Much faster loading time now! Appreciate the efforts on speeding up. Apple Pencil 2’s tap to switch tool function is missing.
  • No life without OneNote

I am a Product Manager and I wouldn’t survive without OneNote, its up on my computer all day and I reference my historical notes several years back because of its easy search navigation. I can’t imagine life without OneNote.
  • Great App, stupid bugs

For the most part, this App is great. But it has some weird bugs that can be very annoying at times. The two that bother me the most is that if you have written a lot in one note and then you try to select or erase something, there will be a huge delay. Another annoying bug is the one when I rest my hand on my screen to start writing and then it spazzes out and thinks I want to scroll rapidly. It also needs to be updated for the new iPad to account for the new double tap feature and to make it full screen.
  • Crashes every time

I have used OneNote on both my PC and iPhone (from 6 to X) for many years. It has recently (about a month ago) started crashing. The iPhone app crashes about 30 seconds after opening it EVERY time. It still works fine on my pc but without having the data with me on the phone it is no longer of any use to me.
  • Needs better search feature

In general, the app works well and I like it for entering notes by class, day, etc., but the Search function is in vast need of improvement on all platforms. In the iOS app, I can search to see which notes text appears in, but it doesn't actually show me where in the note the text is, or if it appears multiple times, or let me tap a sort of Next button to move from result to result. MacOS app gets confused by long notes and all results point to a hyperlink that had nothing to do with my search text. I've seen that happen multiple times and it doesn't make sense. At least on web I can combine it with the browser's built-in search. The web app is actually the most useful search and sometimes I log in just so I can search more accurately.
  • Very nice - but major syncing issues

Key issue with OneNote is smoothness of the syncing. I have to re-input my password frequently to get it working.
  • The best note organizer

Way better than Evernote or any other competitors’ products. It’s free and I will probably use it until I die.
  • Impedes workflow without custom tags on iPad and iPhone as well as web app

Can’t make custom tags or search for them on iPad, iPhone, or web app.
  • Love it

This product is amazing for storing, organizing and finding my written material. I prefer writing directly in OneNote rather than import my writing from Word or elsewhere. Old review: I use it to organize thoughts for a book. Use it on all devices (MacBook Pro, iPad Pro, iPhone 6s)
