  • Roadside assistance took 4 hours

    By Rainy Baptasto
I called for roadside assistance at 6pm. The first time I called I was on hold for 5 minutes before I was sent to an answering machine. I called again and was again put on hold for another 15 minutes before I talked to someone from roadside assistance who told me she would call a tow company and give me an ETA. It wasn’t until 8:08pm that I was finally sent a message saying a tow truck was on its way. The tow truck finally arrived at 10pm. I know that multiple tow trucks were available much sooner, because I called them and asked about pricing - I strongly considered paying the full price just to get home sooner. All told, I was stuck alone in a dangerous part of Baltimore for four hours before any help arrived. If I had known it would take that long up front, I would have just paid for it myself to have my car towed in a reasonable timeframe. This “service” puts you in MORE danger by promising assistance and then leaving you in a dangerous situation for hours on end. It is safer to have no roadside assistance at all - then at least you could call a towing company yourself and wait a reasonable amount of time. Get AAA, it’s about the same price and they’ve always found a tow truck immediately as soon as I called them. This “roadside assistance” is a straight-up scam.
  • Best free family location app ever

We have been using Life360 for about 3 years. We do not have to worry about our kids checking in as we can always see where they are at within a short 50’ distance. This has been a huge blessing for our family. Thank you life360 for everything you do.

I Love that I can track where my kids are at all times. I also love the fact that I can see their top speed.

When we first started using this app it was great. Now it shows my kids all over the place even when they are home!
  • This is awful

    By chelsealiles
So I am 17 and my parents one day forced me to download this app. I was confused but I really didn’t care about it at first until they started questioning everything i did and they started threading my freedom. This app stalks me and runs my battery down literally so much and i have to constantly be on a charger. Also, they get notified if I leave my house which is annoying because they play 20 questions every time I get in my car. One time my dad asked me why I was going to the grocery store.. what do you mean why?? I’m getting groceries... it makes me not want to talk to my parents anymore because all they do now is ask about my life and me and everything I do. I am now forced to leave my phone at my friends house so I can go be with my other friends. They aren’t bad people, I just don’t want to talk to my parents about them because I can make my own choices and i don’t think then following my every move is necessary. Life 360 is pretty awful and I know all my friends feel the same way about their parents because of this app
  • this app is ruining my life

    By kelsey mcclellan
this is for all the crackhead helicopter moms out there. this app is literally the worst and my parents are tracking my every move. almost stalker-like. it is making me scream and i am now forced to stay inside my room and if i ever leave they question me and tell me to come home even if i am just getting food or seeing my friend. like y’all have no idea how annoying it is to get punished for going to my friends house and i am constantly getting accused of lying. honestly it is so annoying. i have friends but not anymore bc i can’t even leave my room anymore so yeah, you’re really hoeing us all life 360. also making me want to run away and drop all contact with my family like this is so annoying you have no idea. it makes me lie to my parents even more because i don’t want to talk to them in the first place and i’ve started to leave my phone with people while i’m with my friends so my parents won’t play 20 questions with me. it’s not just me. like all my friends are lying too and we have planned routes and locations to meet and drop our phones so we won’t get yelled at. i know that’s horrible but that’s what we have to do lol. and the thing is we aren’t doing anything bad, we just don’t want to explain our lives to y’all like that is so annoying. i don’t want to have to tell y’all where i meet all my friends and why i want to hang out with them and if i want to date any of them and literally anything else. like i’m 18 and i know what i’m doing and i can make decisions on my own. s o unless you want a liar as a child, i definitely do not recommend forcing your child/children to download this crackhead app.

Terrible app, never is accurate and is always behind.
  • No expectations when I got it. Subscribed today before my trial ended

    By Rickyprosnit
This app is amazing. Me and my wife are in a very trusting relationship being together going on 12 years, but I like to know when one of us arrives at our destination safely. The perks of having driving history to look at what I did wrong is great. So far this app has been wonderful with location for each of us. I’m just happy having that, but the extras such as if you run out of gas just adds more. I’m very happy with this and I suggest everybody tries the free trial. I would give more stars if I could. I can tell you this much this is one of my favorite apps!
