Find your family, control your child’s screen time and manage their phone use. Features * Locate Family – Track your child on demand or on a regular schedule, for example every day after school * Location Alerts - Receive alerts when your child enters or leaves a location, like school or practice. * Location History - Review where your child has been over the previous seven days. * Limit Screen Time – Block your child’s mobile data and Wi-Fi, on demand or on a schedule you choose. * Content Filters – Block inappropriate Apps and websites by age or customize your own settings. * Web and App Activity (NEW) – Timestamp history of child’s App usage and Websites visited. If you do not pair a device, features are limited to AT&T network-based location, scheduled location alerts and location history. Only authorized app users have permission to locate a family member. - There is a compatibility conflict that can prevent the addition of AT&T Secure Family Companion to your companion device if you have AT&T Mobile Security Plus running on the same companion device.   • Nothing works

    Most of the app is broke or does not do what it’s supposed to do. Can’t block any social media, it says it’s blocked but then there it is in their history. Waste of money and time do not get this app.
  • Too many flaws to be paying $$$ for this app.

    1. Frequent messages that the app isn't working properly. Which it isn’t. 2. Difficulty sending and receiving texts since the app was started. 3. Location pretty inaccurate most of the time. So why would you expect people to keep paying for an app that doesn’t work half the time?
  • Data blocking no longer works

    I took the latest update and now data blocking no longer work. This app is such a pile of crap. If I could give zero stars I would. ATT just doesn’t care about parent managing child usage.
  • App won’t open - ridiculous!

    I wanted to love this app, and finally made the financial commitment to install it. After an hour of jumping through password hoops, a lengthy set-up and agreement process, I finally went to test it out by hitting “open.” The open button sent me back to sign up again no matter how many times I clicked yes and went through every possible option in the app. It’s now a time-stealing waste of space and I’m cancelling my free trial.

    The locations in the app consistently reset and pairing is enabled. I always find out after my daughters away from me and I cannot re-pair until she returns. The purpose of paying for this app is for constant security coverage...but that’s never the case

    Will not connect will not keep you logged in constantly states do not have permission to use this app TOTAL PIECE OF GARBAGE. Received an update from the app developers explaining how it was all my fault they can’t build a better app. Yes my user nam is unique yes my password is set up correctly. I can get logged in but only after several repeated attempt and being kicked off over and over. YOUR APP IS GARBAGE. Rather blaming the users that your app crashes and is worthless put that time into trying to fix it.

    Being able to control your kid’s phone is a great idea. But I have to re-pair with my kid’s phone every. single. day. Sometimes multiple times. My guess is that an entire team of DevOps folks at AT&T needs to be fired. Update: Got a completely useless response from the developers. If MDM or VPN wasn’t working it wouldn’t install at all. It installs. It just drops the connection regularly. Stop pretending the problem is user error and acknowledge you have developed a crappy application.

    This app is worthless. I can already limit my kids apps with Apples Screentime. Also if the app is deleted, you lose all the features. So your teenagerr can simply delete it. What i need from AT&T is the ability (that was in At&t Smart Limits) to limit who my young children can make calls to and from. This is no longer available. You basically took the most valuable features away and doubled the price. Why would anyone pay you for what Apple provides for free?

  • Doesn’t work

    Doesn’t do any of the things it says it can. Won’t block apps, won’t block screen time, it does get close to finding there phones. I have called and call about it over the last 6 or so months. The last time was told it’s a known problem with iOS 13. Keep getting told just call back every month and we will credit the fee. Maybe it should be taken off the market until it can be fixed.
