Mr. Bezos, How about 50-50. Fifty percent of call centers in USA and 50% overseas. For over a year I have tried to have my digital format changed to match my husband’s. The one I’m stuck with does not expand (poor eyesight) and is a not a user friendly format. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to resolve. Tech people cannot take calls. They write you and then never respond when you answer. I’m now seeing Amazon call center change. You can afford to hire people living in the US while also employing overseas reps. Democracy Dies... so can service A Post Subscriber for 45 years

Essential reading in this time of alternative facts, and particularly strong covering Washington politics.

The app is easy to navigate. You can read print version for an authentic page turning experience or go right to the digital version. Either way, it’s local and national news I trust. I am not hating on Bezos for saving this great paper. Wish you could comment on more stories as you do in the Times. Love the newsletters too!

I love the articles in WaPo, but lately the ads at the bottom of the page are very distracting. Great reporting!
