    Don’t trust them!!!!! These people ripped me off for $99.99!!! It was 5 days to test free. I cancelled right after purchase. The recipient of my two pages said it was illegible. Five days later, they stole $99.99 from my checking account. They don’t even have a plan that costs that much. I’m been fight for months for them to do the right thing and return my money.

    I’ve installed the app three days ago. I could immediately and successfully send a fax. But for some reason I am not receiving faxes. I reached out to the company customer service on 08/05/2020 and while they claim they have a 24 hour turn around time on answers, they have not yet help me and it is 08/07/2020. The only thing I have got back is a cancellation form for the app subscription in the email. I didn’t ask to cancel. I wanted to trouble shoot while I was in trial period. I guess they have so many clients that it doesn’t matter if you are having issues. They rather you cancel than to provide service.

    This is the fastest and easiest fax application I have used. I have tried some others, but now I have one favorite to use every time. I recommend this to anyone who needs to fax using an iPhone. The ability to send faxes from my phone is superb. It's a great time saver, and if I have to send a fax urgently, I can. No more trying to find a place that will fax me and no more fooling with a real fax machine anymore.

    I recommend you to download and use because it is really convenient. I have tried some fax applications. All have problems. This is the best application I have found. I have had no problem and absolutely no problem. It keeps a record of all my sent and received faxes and it provides me with a dedicated fax number. I have never had an issue or problem. It has been operating without problems for over 5 years. I would highly recommend this application to everyone

    a while ago, I really had trouble sending and receiving faxes. But after using iFax: Send & Receive Fax App it made my job a lot easier. I have been using the iFax: Send & Receive Fax App for a year now and am very pleased with how easy it is to send and receive faxes. I never had a hard minute with it. Faxes are always passing and I always get what is sent. It's so easy to fax a document when all I have to do is take a photo! I really love getting notified when a fax comes. The convenience of receiving them via email is so good that I can easily print them. I would recommend the iFax: Send & Receive Fax App to those who need to use this service regularly.
  • Can’t Even Fax After Paying - Took My Money

    I previously had an option to pay a certain amount for a certain amount of fax credits. I paid $9.99 for far more credits than I needed to send a 6-page fax. This went fine. The fax was sent. Fast-forward to today, and I need to send a two-page fax. My credits are gone. And the app forces me to buy a subscription for $24/month to send the two-page fax. I try to send the fax, but the app says my email hasn’t been verified. How is that possible when I sent a fax without a problem and using the same email not two months ago? So essentially they take my money and I can’t even do what I paid (now twice) to do? This is the worst ever. And I’m so tired of this Millennial/Gen Z- era nonsense of emailing “support,” having your request going into some vortex, and never hearing back from anybody. Can we go back to the days when people answered a phone and to getting real customer service?
