  • Money Grab -Reload Options

    I use mobile order religiously and was surprised to see that $25 is now the minimum reload in App. Please tell me there’s a reason for this other than greed. Please give your customers the choice the choice to reload whatever they want. I’ll give this app five stars when I get my $10 option back not because I only spend $10 at Starbucks but because it should be my choice.

    I loved this app and I LOVE being able to order ahead of time. I am however disappointed in the latest update where they took away the $10 and $15 reload option. I don’t want to always reload with $25 (the lowest denomination in which you can reload). Please bring back the other two options.

    Whatever you did, it crashes now like a windows machine... you are actually losing money because I will but my coffee elsewhere until this is fixed

    The app loads so unbelievably slow after recent updates. I feel like I have to fire it up an hour or two in advance to order or pay. It was good before. Now it’s just a frustrating screen that shows you the buttons and doesn’t register your press.
  • Can’t find where to enter codes in whatsoever

    This app used to be really user friendly and for the most part it is, but no where on the app am I finding a spot where I can enter a code from purchasing the home brew coffee products. It used to be right on the home page and I’ve dug through the settings, all the different tabs pretty much every where I can’t find it anywhere. I’m sick of having to go to the desktop website to have to enter my codes every time because you should be able to from the app like you can do everything else. Annoying and 100% discourages me from using app. Fix it.

    I love my app super user-friendly almost has everything you need. I am the customer that customizes their drinks and for my macchiato I do not have a option on the app to make it upside down. For my strawberry açai I do not have that option to add lemonade which was an option before but was taken down for whatever reason. This is a bummer, so that means I have to wait in line instead of a mobile order where I could be in and out. Add these features please!!
