  • Doesn’t let me look up customers by business

    They best part of this app was that if I forgot a customers name, I could just type in the business name and find the customer. It used to work and now it doesn’t. I’ve reached out to the customer support twice. They got back to me the first time and I emailed them back. But nothing. Then I emailed again and haven’t heard back. Sad. It was a great app.
  • Can’t purchase full version

    I love this app and would like to purchase the full version but I get an error that the purchase failed because the iTunes Store can’t be reached. I’m restarted my connection and tried both in WiFi and lte. [update] support got back to me quickly and helped me resolve the issue. Great product.

  • Great product for Sales

    I use this as a full CRM to keep track of my sales calls, leads, and customers. I load all the information from each business card so I have no need to keep them and have all their I go electronically stored. All locations are mapped so I can see who I’m close to for warm calls. I do wish I could link this to my outlook calendar but that’s me being picky. I tried many CRM apps before landing on this one and can say with certainty, this is the best one and is flexible with its use. It’s like the other CRM apps try to hard and will only work if you want to follow their process. I would recommend this app to anyone in sales.

    Have used CJ for years have thousands of contacts with loads of data notes. The few times over the years I’ve had problems cJournal has immediately SOLVED my problems without any loss of data!!! Thank YOU! For a Quality and easy to use system. Couple of years later and I stand behind the above!
  • The App and Customer Service are Awesome

    I have used this App for many years. I have been a fan since I first started using the it. And, it just keeps getting better. The customer service is outstanding!! Yesterday, I somehow deleted 3 months of data which I desperately need for my business. I emailed support and they quickly responded and helped me get all my data back.

    Very easy to use. Able to track 80+ customers and 3 employees for my Mosquito control business with the team subscription. I can see ToDos and logs in real time. What would make this perfect for me is a couple of updates: ability to customize the Repeating ToDos (i.e. every 3 weeks). Ability to create and customize reports and live spreadsheets. But, for the cost and ease of the app, it’s been a life saver.

    I’ve used a couple of CRM products over the years and was very disappointed when the last one simply disappeared and wouldn’t sync across Mac and iOS. I was happy to find Contacts Journal. It offers an easy way to keep track of my daily work. I contacted them about adding a feature. It took awhile, but then there it was! One thing that would be really nice to add is a way to change the default font when doing emails. I always have to change it as the program moves the draft out to Mac Mail. But hey that’s a minor irritation...
  • Useless on iPhone since OS13 rollout

    I’ve been using CJournal for a number of years now and would categorize myself as a loyal customer. Unfortunately that has changed since OS13 rolled out. The app crashes on my iPhone every time I try to open it now and support has become useless. They don’t respond to any of my emails. The only good thing is that the iPad version of this app still works and I can start migrating my files somewhere else now.
