  • No help

    I have tried to get a hold of somebody with Line2 To help with the problem I am having. It’s been almost a week and still have not heard from anyone. Not happy. This is affecting my business, thinking about going to a different company seeing if I have better luck.
  • Buggy app

    Nice idea, but the app is buggy and support is almost nonexistent. If it improves I’ll add some stars to this review.
  • No video capability

    I failed to mention that you can’t text a video to someone using this app and you can’t receive one either. Why have a phone number you can text with that lets you send and receive still photographs, but disallows sending or receiving videos? Seems like a reasonable upgrade the developers could make.
  • Customer service takes a full week

    If your app stops working, expect to wait a full week for an emailed reply. If the emailed reply does not work, you are stuck. I wholeheartedly recommend that you avoid line2

  • Great premise but not so reliable

    Love the app but you can’t talk unless your in WiFi areas. Using texting via cell phone app opens about 8 times before you ca type. Using your desktop is great. Fix the bugs Line2 and your product will be great. But reliability not 100%. Every time the phone rings it gets disco’d
