  • Too many problems, no solutions

I’ve been using L2 since 2016. Increasingly so, there are missed and dropped calls. Text messaging works well. Unacceptable for business overall. No voice call options for help, and text message replies appear scripted and useless. When I can find a new provider, I’ll drop L2, but I wonder where the grass is greener.
  • Good for the most part

For the most part, I’m pleased with Line2...however, lately my texts messages don’t seem to be coming to me in a timely manner. It won’t receive the message (or notification that there is a sent text) until I click the message button.
  • Good Enough

I am happy to have a 2nd line on my phone, & it works ok, but the reception has a bit of “tinny” noise, + not always reliable reception even around good WiFi
  • Great

    Use it all the time
  • Phone never Rings

    By artf911
Often the phone never rings and I see later I have a missed call and a voicemail
  • It’s not great

    By kellygitt
The connection can be choppy and not as loud as a regular call. Calls totally drop when I pick up as they’re dialing in
  • Frequent dropped calls

    By xxxdddmax
I’ve been experiencing a great increase in the frequency of randomly dropped calls
  • Sometimes good...

    By testnahtan
Sometimes it’s hard for me to figure out if the calls are dropping because of faulty internet connections or for some other reason.
  • Disaster

    By tecchbro
After the recent update, the application does not worth a penny. The calls incoming or going always have technical issues of sending and receiving calls despite deleting and reinstalling the app. If the problem persists, I am going to discontinue the membership.
  • Bad reception, dropped calls

I’ve been using this app, because I have to for work, but it literally doesn’t work and has really bad reception most of the time.
