    I made an account on your website to get the 30 day trial and when signing into the app it doesn’t ask me to activate the trial.
  • Works great, could use an interface update

    Overall the app is snappy and quick to use and seems to be up to date with the latest phone sizes. Sometimes the information and fonts seem a little off centered. I’ve been using this product as far back as Palm OS 15 years ago. It works very well, but is slow to adapt to new technology. Lots more potential to utilize latest iOS tools.
  • Price and packages no longer helpful or affordable

    Wanted to renew my subscription to Lexi-complete couldn’t find it and customer service told me it’s no longer available. The closest option is $799 per year. And 5 minute clinical consult is no longer available. Complained that this was twice the price of my last subscription and half the amount of time and she then told me Lexi complete was still available directly through Apple for $30 per month. I cannot find it and cannot afford $799 for a new subscription. Wolters kluwer must change this
  • Disappointed

    I’ve been a loyal customer for 9 years. The amount they want me to pay is ridiculous and the app doesn’t work. I guess I have to take my business elsewhere. I’m not exactly sure what was wrong with the previous app as it worked amazing.
  • Too expensive

    Enjoyed it for the past 8 years. The last three years I paid $75 yearly which I think is fair. I was going to renew it, and to my surprise the subscription significantly went up. So, no i will not subscribe it, I’m done with it. But Let me know when the price drops.

    Terrible app. Terrible support. Company does not listen to customers. Everything falls on deaf ears. Do not purchase a subscription. Find a better alternative. Do better Wolters Kluwer. Interface is outdated and buggy.
  • Needs update

    Could we please get an update for iPhone X? This is the only app that doesn’t use the full iPhone X screen. Updated layout and UI would be great too, but beggars won’t be choosers.
  • Used to rely heavily on this, can’t anymore

    This used to be my go-to app for drug information. As a former pharmacist and now physician I loved the detailed information. However, now customer support is horrible. I went to the web site to order a new subscription and was appalled at the price. After resigning myself to the amount for the select option, I tried to pay but the web site doesn’t work and I couldn’t check out. Bravo Wolters Kluwer. You may have lost a long time customer. Okay, I received a response that included a number to call. However, I can only call before 5pm, while I am at work, seeing patients, and STILL the web site doesn’t function over a month after I left my review above, with the message that it is down “temporarily for routine maintenance”. Brilliant.
